I just had to share my experience with this firm. 🌧️ The communication was quite lacking, and I often felt left in the dark about my case. Additionally, the turnaround time for responses was longer than expected. 🚶‍♂️ While they have potential, I believe they need to streamline their processes and improve client engagement. Overall, I left feeling unsatisfied with the service provided. 👎
