Bus time is 11.45 o clock but till now time is 2.00 o clock but i dont get a bus iam waiting all ways

Had a very good experience with SBLT travel access..good service and very good in response and worth taking tour related package and vehicle individually.

Good vehicle/ Good pricing offer/ Good driver and all other thing fine with BGT.

Excellent service. Good clean cars and professional drivers.

We booked for 2+1 AC sleeper lower berths and were charged Rs.850 (X 3 tots) and then on the day of travel they said bus is cancelled and shifted us to another AC bus with Upper berths, ladies traveling alone.
The charges for that ticket was only Rs.650 when asked they refused to pay back the difference in fare of Rs.600.

This is done because of the company bus fault. When pushed they said you can cancel if you want.

Totally irresponsible and unfair practice.

Booked with SBLT because they have good name but we are very disappointed with the response. No manager was available to answer our questions

Worst service. Utter waste.driver behaves indecent.Totally bad experience. I will not recommend for anyone.

The drive to Yercaud in your tempo traveller was a smooth and fine experience. There were no issues . The Driver was well mannered and disciplined while driving. It was a safe journey. With Best

Worst service I have ever came across in my travel experience.. Instead of driving bus they can do bullcart service... Worst in maintaining timing.... Worst in responsing to customer...

Worst service and they are skipping passengers and giving that reservation seat to somebody. this is cheating of reservation seat.

Worst service im in bus nw but depature @ 9 pm nw its 11 55 pm im nt crossed chennai limit .... dont prefer to any kind of journey ..... just nw i asked driver when i will reach coimbatore he replaied rudely.... with harsh words ..... plzzz dont prefer this travel agency

Extremely disappointed with your service. I had booked 2.12.19 bus from tanjore to chennai. The bus I booked was A/C seater and I also paid an amount of Rs.577. But at the last minute you changed my bus to non A/C. I suffered a lot throughout the journey. And also I want my money to be refunded as soon as possible. Please stop changing the buses as per your convinience. If my money is not refunded then this will be the last time I use your service. Dont force me to proceed with legal action. Better improve soon.
