I wish I could give 0 stars. Our school uses this company as a fundraiser. I ordered items 2nd week in April so we could have the items in time for mother's day. No correspondence from the company at all. I finally emailed last week and was assured that we would get our items by Saturday, day before mother's day. That did not happen. I received the package today and I'm missing items. Cheap products and super expensive. Not worth the money. Will never buy from this company again.

Tried to place an order for previous year art work. The gentleman who was taking my call offered to transfer the call to a manager and then hung up on me. He was rude and not helpful.

They were trying to charge $8 in shipping on what probably would only cost $1 to ship. Had just placed an order hours before and there was no offer to combine shipping. when I asked I was declined saying there is no way of doing that, Offered no solutions even though I have ordered products three years in a row. Was disappointed in the way they handle customer service.

I wanted to thank you for printing out my youngest daughter's art project back in Texas (Morton Ranch Elementary). I was able to stumble upon her work tonight and wish I can order a bigger print. Will contact you and see if you can do it. I will in the meantime, enjoy her stickers from Ms. Lopez's class (2nd grade- Morton Ranch). I think it is truly amazing that you have a company that give back to the community, and it is quite unfortunate that you received unfair reviews.
In the meantime, keep your heads up high, and know that your creativity and the joy you bring to the children, make a big difference.

My telephone experience was very pleasant and efficient.

Customer service is top notch with this company. I love to have my children's artwork on useful items, and it helps the school by making the purchases. Hats off to Square 1 Art.

I have been a faithful customer of Square1Art, through my son s school for the last 5 years. I love the variety of items that you re able to put your child s artwork on. It s such a great keepsake. Last year (2020), there was an error with my order, in that 3 of the items purchased were not personalized as I requested. The initial Customer Service representative from Square1Art that I spoke with regarding the error was extremely unprofessional and rude. This was my first time ever having to contact Customer Service, so my thought was that Square1Art did not value their customers. I m glad I made a 2nd attempt to reach Square1Art Customer Service again because I had the pleasure of speaking with Laureka. She is an absolute gem to Square1Art. She was professional and very responsive. She promptly resolved the issue and was very apologetic. Thank you Laureka, I will proudly continue to support my son s school through the purchase of Square1Art items!

I don't even know where to begin with the list of issues I have had with Square 1.
I am the art coordinator for my school and was completing the fundraiser for the fall (so that my students' products would arrive before Christmas). Towards the beginning of December I received an email from Square 1 saying that we may not receive our products in time before break, like we were promised. As a busy teacher, if I can send in my students artwork in time, why can I not receive the same professionalism from this business? Thankfully, two days before break I received the products... well not all of them. More than 5 MISSING orders and two incorrect orders. When I called customer service all I was told was to give the parents this customer service number so they can call in their child's order. They did say they would ship the child's artwork directly to their home, however, it would take at least an additional TWO WEEKS. There goes any planned Christmas presents. When I tried helping a parent, by calling customer care for them, I was put on hold for OVER AN HOUR! I, along with many parents, some of which are also fellow teachers, are incredibly disappointed, frustrated, and upset.

I love square 1. Bought my daughter s art for a few years now, on items as varied as coffee mugs, Christmas ornaments and even a cool shower curtain! This year I dropped the ball and missed the School deadline by over a month. But Alganesh worked with me and I was still able to get my keepsakes Great company; thank you Alganesh!

I just placed an order for my three daughters!
Tracina took the order and was beyond professional and helpful! If only more companies had people like her, that has outstanding customer services!
Next time I place an order I hope she answers the call!!! Great company to use!!!
