Please save your money and do NOT use this company! I have paid them over $4,000 and nothing has been done correctly. I am now taking time out of my busy life to correct what they have messed up. I could have done everything they have done by myself and better! Please, please, please save your money and do not use this company!!

Why can't we get any answers on our loan?????? Please call us back, we have emailed, left voicemails!!! The seller won't release our deposit, we just need an answer. HELP!!!!!!

Beware of these folks....After sending them my credit reports from 2 different institutions, they asked me to provide them with my username and password into a third party credit monitoring account, this is A HUGE RED FLAG! The credit monitoring company confirmed that no one should EVER ask for user name and password to people's account. If they are in doubt, they should run the credit themselves.

This is the first time I've gone this route and it was very clear and flawless. Thank you to everyone on the team!

Sprout did get me the credit I applied for, but yes all in credit cards which wasn't my preference and did effect my FICO scores. But I've tried to call Sprout to discuss my account and I can't get anyone to answer. Automation puts me on hold for almost 30 mins each time then voice mail. I need to ask a question but no accessibility after my loan funded. Eventually on my 3rd attempt someone answered and agreed to send me the info I requested. Will check to see if received.

This is the worst company to work with, they are "too busy" to get docs out in a timely manner, they cant fund loans on time as they are "too busy" they are weeks out from missing funding dates. This is messing with peoples credit, payments, lives etc. DONT EVER USE THIS COMPANY !

I dealt with Sprout Financial to get some funding. I didn't understand the process and that funding would be coming from credit cards (I was under the impress that they were loans). Once I found out I immediately stopped all dealing with Sprout and canceled and revoked credit cards and applications for more credit cards. I asked for the fees to be waived and was denied until I filed a complaint with the BBB. Then Sprout contacted me and waived all fees and told me that they apologized for any miscommunication and that they would take this feed back and make sure that people understand the process of them applying for credit cards in your name. Make sure you understand the entire process and that you are comfortable with the terms. I was not, but am glad to have the issue resolved. If you go into the process knowing that they will charge you 9.99% of the total credit card amounts you are approved for and are ok with this process, you can get the funding you need I am sure. If you are not ok with this process, I would look for other avenues for funding.
