I contacted Sprinkles Irrigation to have them repair a issue with my Sprinkler system. I was highly impressed with the Technician Douglas and how professional, Courteous and Knowledgeable he was. He took time to explain everything he did and that I was completely satisfied. It is because of people like Douglas that makes companies successful. Set a date to come fix and showed up on time. Did a great job on sprinkler system repair and replaced some heads. Advised me of the pricing upfront and gave me an estimate which they held to. Excellent price!
EXTREMELY CAPABLE SPRINKLER SERVICE
I was introduced to Sprinkles by my landscaper to help revive a older system that was no longer working properly. John, one of the owners, was able to locate a number of hidden breaks in the line that others could not locate. He was able to restore the system to complete working order. Later, I had a deep underground leak coming from the main line at the street. John put me in touch with a plumber who was able to make a very deep repair with no damage to my landscaping, and then Sprinkles made the final connection. These guys are not only efficient and knowledgeable, but they arrive on time and are extremely nice people. HIGHLY RECCOMEND!
I called to set up an appointment to have someone come to give me an estimate for a sprinkler syatem. I had takien the day off to take care of a couple of thinga for the house. I requested for a moring appointment and I was told that would not be a problem and someone would call me when they where on the way. Friday came and by 11:30 no call no show. I called to find out what was going on, only to be told that the rep had taking the day off, and would Inlike to reschedule.
they show up but with a plan to cheat on you, they only carry a comercial volve which is $89 (even they know they are gonna install it for a home use ). Same volve that you can buy at home depot or even on amazon for only $12. I refused to pay $89 for their so called commercial volve, and guest what! they instead charged me $129 for 10 min of their time and doing nothing!!! please do yourself and your community a favor and dont use their service. Hopefully this ignorant and dis-honest bussiness undrestands they should care about their customers.
Upon realizing that Sprinkles also performed landscape lighting installation and repair, I chose their service because of the previous excellent service I experienced with sprinkler repairs.
These guys do a great job. Have used them for over a year and each time I am very impressed. John A. knows is stuff and is very professional. Good people!!
Sprinkles is a fair and honest company I ve been doing business with since 2003. They have installed two sprinkler systems for me and done several drainage and/or landscaping jobs. I wish Google would allow me to keep the old reviews but I have to delete and start again every time.
Today s job was a big one - I have some erosion problems in my backyard and wanted to do a dry river bed to help with drainage. We marked off the area to install the rock and they went to work. They cut the sod out and then used the extra dirt to fill and pack the hole that had formed by the drain. They followed up with landscape fabric then 9 scoops of small river rock to finish it up. Dakota was very engaged and suggested an alternative route that would drain just as good and make lawn maintenance easier.
They marked all the sprinkler heads beforehand and then double checked at the end of the job to make sure everything worked. They also made sure my existing drains from the gutters and French drains were at the right level and the rocks wouldn t interfere. Everything was swept, blown and cleaned up at the end of the job.
Full transparency - I don t call other landscape companies and get different bids, I simply call Sprinkles and have them do the work. My guess is they aren t the cheapest but I know they are the best. Simply put - they are the kind of company and people you want to do business with.
They did an excellent job installing my system 17 years ago.
I have used Sprinkles before with an excellent outcome. This is the reason I chose to go with them again. This service was to prepare my back yard for sod installation and fully install new sod. They performed all of the work I had requested in a very a very professional manor. Though they are not the cheapest bid I had, I would highly recommend Sprinkles for a host of outdoor projects.
