Springfield Park Board: SPARC Reviews

The SPARC office is Amazing. They are always nice and helpful. It is the one stop place for all of the child care needs, from sports to school's out. They are always there for whatever I need.

Unfortunately the sparc soccer for the Springfield greene county park poard is not as great as other sports. No communication from the coach had to call several times trying to figure out why the coach hasn't called or texted us. Very unorganized with little to no communication. Even trying to reach the right person to get the issue resolved was a pain next year i sign my kids up somewhere else

Andrew is GREAT! Very helpfully and pleasant to deal with. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

The people running program do not communicate. They told me "to make make up a game" to let them know by a certain date which I did and then I heard nothing from them and had catch to them down by emailing and phone calls just for them to finally send an email that they wouldn't do what they said they would do. The took 1/3 of the kids season away from.

Took 3-4 emails to get a simple yes or no answer. As others have stated, Very disorganized and poor communication
