I just ordered our custom team shirts for my basketball team from Springer Design. From day one the communication was fabulous. Carlos made sure all of my questions were answered and within 24 hours the design team had taken my rough sketch and made a wonderful design to be approved. The turn around was quick and the product was fantastic. I think they are my favorite shirts yet in 20 years of coaching. Thanks Carlos and Springer Design! I'll be a repeat customer.

Our school has done lots of business with Springer through the years. I ve always appreciated their ability to take our art designs and get them beautifully printed onto apparel for our program. Recently I worked with Carlos to track down shirts that would work for us. Due to the pandemic and inventory being unavailable, there were hoops that Carlos had to jump through to get us what we needed. The turnover was fantastic and I especially appreciated that all the apparel was bagged up with names on each bag. It sure made for easy delivery!
When I first contacted Springer Design they were great! they quoted us about a week for all of our items to be embroidered (which quite honestly was shocking, we expected longer, but we had nothing to complain about). When we talked to them about getting set up and they didn't ask for any additional information, all they told us was that they needed a copy of our logo. It had been about two weeks later, we called about 3 different times, each time the call just went to voice mail. After calling several times, we got ahold of an employee. He informed us that they didn't have the information they needed to start our order. Being that it had been two weeks, our order wasn't started, and we struggled to connect with an employee, we decided to just stop by their office. I went to the office about 3 times when they claimed to be open, each time the door was locked. We stopped wasting gas and didn't go to their office again. I got ahold of an employee because at this point, it had been 3 weeks, we were quoted one week, they had struggled to communicate with us overall, and we were ready for a refund! The employee didn't seem apologetic at all. Our order was finally started, We couldn't really ask for a refund at this point. After about a month, we got our items back ( we only had 4 jackets and two shirts). The work they did was beautiful, but it's just not worth the hassle and lack of communication to keep working with them. At the end of the day, we wasted $45 for a setup fee, and now will be looking for a different place to get our items embroidered.
I understand this is a very busy time for many companies, waiting wasn't the problem for us. The problem was the lack of communication and professionalism.
Recommended by a friend, and loved the result! Springer Design was easy to work with and fast at delivery. I was able to send my business logo electronically and within days they had the scrub tops embroidered for my dental team. Professional, and great quality! I will be recommending to others!! We had t-shirts printed for my parents 50th anniversary. Springer Design helped us design them and got them done very quickly. They were wonderful to work with and went the extra mile to help us.
Carlos did a great job! We had a small issue with the color only because of computer error but Carlos had the correct product ready by the next day. service was fast and friendly staff. We will be buying from them again!
