Picked up replacement Anderson window sash...checked on pricing of PVC porch posts...bathroom exhaust fans...pleasant personal

Stopped in to get a few essentials. Passed by at least four employees without them even looking at me. Overheard the three people behind the counter bad talk the person on the phone who had a legitimate question about the windows he bought in between their eating at the counter. Someone who spent hundreds or thousands at their establishment was nobody to them: a joke. I never once had anyone say hello or ask if they could help. I will gladly drive the extra 7 miles to the next hardware store to avoid these people the next time I need something.

The prices advertised tend to be higher than your big Home Depot, Lowe's or Menards, but the customer service and expertise is fenominal.
We bought a chainsaw here and they tuned it in for us on the spot. We'll be coming here a lot more frequently.

My wife and I stopped in to price out kitchen cabinets. The greeting wasn't welcoming. We felt like we were an inconvenience to the women. After she heard our budget she immediately started telling us she was very busy and she wouldn't be able to get us a quote for 2 months and asking why we haven't taken our other quotes? Bare in mind we came with the sizes and quantities of cabinets we required and didn't need any designing done just pricing. We are very disappointed with the level of service we received.
