Not pleased with the lack of their customer service, ability to correctly fill an order and provide assistance if you purchased elsewhere and they fulfilled the order. Forget about contacting anyone in corporate or having the ability to fix it. They will hand you off back to the retailer.

I ordered the correct item they sent me the incorrect item. The item I ordered was a trampoline tent for a special week I had my grandchildren. I got some exercise item. Oh his company refused to send me the correct item until they received the wrong item back. By then my grandkids would be gone. They had MY MONEY which was twice the amount of the cost of the item they sent me. They ruined my plans and were jerks about it. If it would let me I would give this company negative stars. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

Beware anything Spreetail !!!
The initial page from which I ordered an item thru Spreetail clearly stated Free Returns. I won t purchase items that don t have free returns. Who would??!! What if the item is damaged? This item came in a box that was crushed, old, and weathered as if it s several years old. The items inside were plastic, so I was sort of confident they were intact. But I did not check the items as they were more expensive than the replacement item I ordered, and lesser quality!! But when I learned that Spreetail backtracked on their return policy, I contacted Amazon. This is nothing short of fraudulent business tactics and I hope Amazon ceases dealings with Spreetail. Buyers beware!!

Spreetail says one of their mantras is to "pursue challenges". They succeed in that they create challenges and shift them to customers or blame anyone and everyone but themselves.

I initiated the APPROVED return of a 500 lb freight pallet over one month ago. Spreetail and its partners, specificall R+L Carriers, have taken turns blaming each other for the whole month. I've gotten the run-around from Spreetail the worst though. At least 4 different reps shirked being "owners" by not being able to get this elevated correctly if at all.

Spreetail can't even seem to correctly update an email field in their system. Email suffixes must be harder to code for than I recall.

Meanwhile I've got a 500 lb freight pallet that I'll help someone move to Austin, Omaha, or Lincoln.

Do not do business with this company. Bought a pool and a ladder through Amazon and within 5 weeks the price of the pool dropped $1500 and even though Amazon has approved a return this company would rather have me ship the pool back and order it at the lower price and cause a lot of hassle than do what s right. Also the ladder I bought which was over $400 was so low quality we did return it within 30 days and when I checked they did not automatically give me a refund, I had to reach out to them and request it which is ridiculous. This company is price gouging and shady. Save yourself the hassle and buy directly from Amazon or a reputable company.

I purchased a sand pump from spreetail for 349.99 on June 28th. And less than a month later I noticed it is now 274.99 and asked if they could honor the new price . And they said they could refund 50 $ and I replied with its a 75$ difference and now they won't honor either . I was referring 2 other people to them and now I will make sure that they order from someone else because they are dishonest. And they have blocked be from making a review on Amazon. This just confirms there dishonesty!!!

We purchased a BalanceFrom-Home-Gym-System from Spreetail through Amazon in January 2021. The price was $599. After almost a month we final received a package marked 3 of 5. We contacted Amazon and they said all product boxes were received. We told them that we only received box 3 of 5. They told us it was between us and the vendor. We started a return and sent the box back. Now after 5 months Amazon still shows Return Started. We contacted Spreetail and they said they do not accept returns. To date we have still not received a refund. Amazon said they don t back all vendors. It depends on agreements made with the vendor. It appears we are just out $600. I will not buy high priced large items from Amazon again. Generally Amazon is great with returns but this was not a good experience.

Awful company! We bought a pool through them on Amazon. We put it together and only got 4 hours of use out of it before the ladder broke and was defective from the manufacturer. Sliced the pool liner. No patch fixes it. Contacted them when it first happened they offered us $60 for the inconvenience when it cost us over $2,000. Then they agreed to return our money and take the pool back and asked to call us to talk about it. We were leaving town where we had no service for 5 days and asked if it could be done when we got back. They then decided to no longer accept the return or help all because we couldn't talk on a phone for 5 days. This company only wants to take and keep your money. They don't care what happens after that or trying to make it right.
