As a CUSTOMER, I had a rather average experience with Sprain Brook Audiology PC. The staff was friendly and the service was satisfactory. However, I was not particularly impressed with the quality of their products. The hearing aids I purchased from them did not meet my expectations and I found them to be quite uncomfortable to wear. Overall, I think there is room for improvement.
