I m a local business owner in Salt Lake City Utah. I literally signed up with SpotOn because my friend Vicky owns a Pho noodle restaurant and spoke so highly of her representative Mr. Andrew Kimbal I had to know more. He is direct and doesn t put any pressure on the sale. He has great integrity and clearly explains the spoton solutions.

Terrible service. Rep just wanted to constantly sell on something and was abrupt with all the conversations and would never listen to our needs as a restaurant. After promising all these free perks during COVID they would give me what they were offering in writing and kept promising someone higher up would take care of us. After not moving forward because they are charging customers an additional 4% on all transaction they decided to charge us for everything they promised us even though we didn t move forward. How can we trust this company again?

I tried closing my account and sending the equipment back to them. Customer service will not supply a return shipping address to return the equipment. How difficult is that?

This review is for your sales "executive" that came in to our business offering card machine service & spoke to my mom, I came out and introduce ourselves & I told him that I was not interested & did not want to waste his time. He insisted & keep talking & asking personal business questions. I told him again..I am not interested so I do not need to answer those questions. He says..I am just a neighbor wanting to have a conversation. I told him again, please I am not interested. If you were a neighbor you would not be asking personal questions. He gets aggravated & tells me I am rude. I told him...I am direct. You are rude for not respecting my personal choices. He walks outside to write our small family local business a bad review. Is this how unprofessional your "sales executive" people are? If not interested they immediately write a bad review? just because he could not get us as customer? This person is beyond unprofessional.

I've had a professional relationship with Drew Kimball for several years now. He has always been responsive, thorough, upfront, precise and fun to work with. He is one of those individuals that leaves an impression with you long after he's gone. Initially I felt like he was good at making you feel like a friend. Later I realized it was more than feel--he really loves the people he works with. This man loves people, loves what he does, and is completely sincere in his interactions. Highly recommend!
