Small, customer oriented, can actually win a few dollars,. Nice no-fuss buffet

The concerts are great, slot machines are fun, nightclubs have great music. Still have to visit the restaurant for a more recent review

I love the atmosphere on this casino and has alot off slot machine.

Most of the time I have to wait or repeatedly wave the bartender down for drinks, while i dont believe they have to be at my beck and call, it still sucks to have to wait for drinks when youre one of only 5 people at the bar. At least they get my drinks right.

Slots are tight. Can't leave a winner at this casino.

Friendly employees, clean, food at buffet is great, every day of the week. Monday is bbq, Tuesday & Thurs is all different cuisine, Wednesday is Mexican, Friday & Saturday are seafood days with an added option of all you can eat lobster tails with extra cost of $7.99, & Sunday is all cuisine. Prime rib is served every evening, which is the best, tender, taste the prime beef! The very best mashed potatoes! Salad bar & fresh fruit bar. Desserts, regular & sugar free. Soft serve Ice cream, & the very best coffee of any place in this valley!

Went for breakfast. The buffet cause use more of a selection.

Customer service was fantastic. Steaks were cooked to perfection! Food came out very quickly. Their Arnold Palmer's were delicious! For our first time being at Jem we were very pleased with the food and service. We will most definitely be back

It's a nice place to visit butt they are unfair to the people who have noway to get there but to walk in they're very unfair they pick on the homeless and trust to keep them from walking into there facility

I've only been to this Casino once with my day two years ago and we really liked it. We frequent Tortoise Rock Casino on occasion since we live in Twentynine Palms and that Casino is not bad. To the owners of Spotlight 29 and the sister Casino Tortoise Rock y'all are ok in my books. Only one problem with Tortoise Rock and ive read some of the reviews is that the slot machine section near Oasis Grill should be a non smoking section and the slot area near the cash cage should be the smoking section reason I'm saying this is because there are people who eat at the Oasis Grill and they don't like somebody sitting at a slot machine smoking a cigarette next to the table where thier eating and I feel the same way. I'm not trying to tell y'all what to do its just a friendly suggestion that's all.

This is a very nice Casino clean friendly up-to-date. They have some good restaurants and great games for gambling. Don't forget to join their Club so you can get the specials they offer, when I was there I ate at their Buffet it was a great selection of food the workers are friendly and helpful. Had a great time while I was there.

We went during the week. It was perfect. Plenty of machine to play.

They have a pretty decent buffet. Not that big but the food was good. The casino on the other hand didn't let me press the buttons long. They just sucked up what I had to donate.

Never win anything here...been dropping for over 10yrs.

They have a great rewards program. Beer and drinks are high. Never won. If your looking too win something go elsewhere. Their is a reason they give out so much free play.

Slots are ok. I like how it's not too bright inside so you feel more relaxed.

Loud, like any casino, but no class, decor, or character. Tired interior, tired staff, dull patrons...

Went there for a tower of power concert great Venue ate dinner at Jem Steakhouse for dinner and enjoyed it and I have to say my mother is a non-smoker and their filtration system was wonderful I can hardly smell any smoke in the casino

It's small casino not too many food choices as far as eating the slots are just like all the other casinos sometimes they'll pay but for the most part they'll just take your money. That is why it's important to have good eateries to at least enjoy your visit while you lose your money

Went for the 9.99 prime rib buffet. You get what you pay for.

The machines seem to play with you better than most

This place sucks. Takes forever to get a bonus and the pay out is garbage anyway. Yes they have alot of different games, but it's one place I'll never return too. For truckers, yes they have truck parking in the back.

Ok place to park and sleep in an RV if you don't mind the roar of the highway. Buffet was very sub-standard. It was Mexico's Mother's Day and the price was inflated... Theme was Mexican food but ran out essential ingredients an hour in. Service was horrible.

Be prepared to lose, tight slot machines. Free soda bar

We aren't gamblers but we like to go see the shows at Spotlight 29 casino. Easy access and good seating arrangements. Went to see country singer Justin Moore, great performance!

Best place to eat dance gamble an awesome entertaining nice people plenty of winnings
