Totally disappointed with the way they run this place!!!!!! I am going to a ski trip in two days so I gave them a call yesterday to find out if they are able to mount my bindings on the skis in the same day. Talked to Ethan, he said if you drop them off in the morning, they can get the work done by the late afternoon... So that's what I did today, showed up in the morning and... They made me wait 45 MINUTES (YES EXACTLY) before someone could see and fill out the work order for me!!!!! and to my surprise, I was told they need three days to MAKE SURE they get it done!!!! What a mess this place is!! Had I know this from yesterday, I would not have wasted my Sunday morning for them... I went to another store half an hour later, got the job done in 20 MINUTES!!!

Not family friendly. Was there this weekend to get my 3 year old a pair of skis and they guy fitting him was rude and out right yelled at my son for not understanding how to try on a boot. I will not be going back to this store.

I've had the pleasure of working at SportSwap for over one year. I can say that, without a doubt, SportSwap is the most family friendly recreational sports store in the city! All of the staff are beyond welcoming to customers, and are always looking to help out in any way possible. When customers approach the Sportswap team, our staff always do their best to ensure every question and concern is resolved and the customers leave happy. I would highly recommend this store to anybody- from novice skiers and cyclists to experts looking to refine their skills and equipment with the help of knowledgable and friendly staff.

A great spot to get skis with helpful staff and a relaxed, down-to-earth feel in contrast to the frenzied glam ski shops. Special shout-out to Bill who is extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to make sure you get comfortable boots, sharp skis and a skiing experience you can look forward to.

Their half-back program is helpful when you have growing kids, not only for managing costs but also for keep skis from going to landfill as often. Definitely a better way to roll.

Exceptional customer service everytime I've been to the shop. Conveniently located in midtown/leaside area.
I've purchased three different style bikes from Sport Swap. Never an issue and great quality and good selection of Canadian bike brands. Staff and owner are helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.

Now that my kids ski the kids ski and boot exchange/halfback program is invaluable! Staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. Try to go at an off peak time, can get a little busy at peak times i.e. Saturday right before ski season.

Great bike shop. Prices for repairs are very reasonable and they can usually turn small repairs around quickly. I really like that they don t try and up sell you every time you come in for one thing by saying you need a new this and that as well. Added bonus: I had some scratches on my frame and they gave me a bit of paint to touch it up for free.

Great service! Brought 6 pairs of skis in for a tune a few days ago... staff came right out and helped sign them in right away. Super efficient even in this crazy pandemic situation. Skis are now in perfect shape to get out on the newly open slopes! Thanks Sport Swap Team! Shout out to Bill!
