Held an event in their room, and was surprised they had such a fabulous room tucked awy! Great staff for the event, and decent catering. Parking is the only challenge, and pricing was high, but loved the venue.

This is one of the worst laid out centers I have ever been to.
Attempting to find a meeting held there was a ridiculously difficult task, with doors that would have easily led to the location constantly being locked. Even the multiple staff we asked for directions had a hard time trying to point us in a direction that was acceptable, if they even had any idea to begin with.

Nice Facility in a great location. The staff we encountered were very helpful and friendly. We were here for a National Volleyball Qualifier. Overall it was great. The middle courts were a little tight for space but okey.

Awesome place for family and fun, just be careful about parking somewhere else when the parking lot is full. They will hit you will bogus violations tickets and there's no one to talk to. Either pay or the ticket goes to collections.

It's small but laid out well and does what it needs to. The bottleneck of the entrance and exit is annoying but not detrimental. It is what it is and all that. Parking sucks and doesn't help that it's tied with a large hotel and nice restaurant.

Work meeting. I helped put our event in. The staff was easy to work with before and during the event. Need more ushers when people are checking in to various events. Several dirty plates in our buffet line...yuck.

Im really disappointed I'm at the Dr Martin Luther King event and due to the great turn out of the people it would have been good to have this on the monitors in the lobby. There are children here also and they could not see!!!

Second time attending a conference here and the place is amazing. So many various sized presentation spaces, fully A/V compliant with current technology, and a very friendly, helpful, and attentive staff to assist with any need. Kudos to the Spokane Convention Center team, you do a very good job.

Friendly staff, gorgeous facility, convenient location. Concession stand is expensive ($5 for a hotdog) Parking is $10 all day, but if you have to leave and come back, you are paying each time. There is public parking across the street, we utilized that instead, at a much cheaper rate.

Wish they had better crowd control and wdfd able to handle large wrestling tournaments better. Not enough bathrooms for that many kids. And we have to wait outside in the cod for hours. Due to lack of setting ...u got to be in first 100 to get decent seats

The venue itself is great but the person who is in charge of advertising the door open time and the person who actually decides when to actually open the auditorium doors need to have better communication. We are attending the Historic evening with Eva Schloss tonight and were very disappointed and displeased to have to stand in the lobby with 10,000 of our closest friends for over an hour, waiting for the doors to be opened that were advertised to be open at 6pm, NOT 6:40PM. If there had been a fire or some kind of emergency in the building that many people in the lobby posed a serious risk to people's lives. Im talking tramplings or worse, that's how many people were crammed in there. If the door open time isn't until 630 then tell people that. Be open and honest about how things are really going to work. It's a simple thing, but something that was severely lacking for this event. I will remember this and suggest you do as well. It was noted as unacceptable by many tonight so open the communication lines with your public and do better. Thank you.

This convention center has a wide variety of spaces, enabling a large assortment of different events to take place here. It is near a river with statues and greenery so perfect for conventions or conferences that can benefit from scenery and for events that often include photography. The inside is interesting with interior balconies and massive open spaces for either large group presentations or perhaps a vendor's rooms.

Great and beautiful building with convenient bathroom space. I was there for my prom and loved the big conference room we were in. However is there is little parking at the center unless you want to park at the Davenport Grand Hotel across the street (which is a safe option).

Super good service with all the personnel that work there. Awesome space to host large events! Their buildings have been renovated to keep up with technological trends, so you shouldn t be disappointed!
