My fiance and I booked an early dinner course. The overall experience was delightful. The food was prepared nicely and the staff was very professional. A nice change up for a dining experience.

Even on an overcast day, the weather never dampens the experience on the boat! Whether you're on the Odyssey, The Spirit of Chicago or The Mystic Blue and whether you are a Chicagoan or a tourist, a boat ride is a must do! Staff is incredible on all 3 boats!!!

So rude and trashy. About 100 people witnessed these meanies refuse to let a couple on who just missed the cut off time. They stood their and argued with them forever and still wouldn't let then on. Completely ruined their night

It was a fun evening took the Wednesday fireworks dinner cruise. It was quite crowded for weekday. But maybe due to fireworks day. I like how all the servers were friendly and went out of there way to help you. I really wanted to get a family photo but it didn't turn out to be good enough to spend $30. They have buffet, decent for dinner. With some dessert too which I am not so fan of. They have diaper changing table in the restrooms. Drinks are served as per your order. Fireworks on Wednesday starts at 9.30 and it was so beautiful. My sweet birthday gift. I could take my both kids one almost one and another almost 3. Deck is a bit small so get your place reserved on time to enjoy the fireworks.

Depending on what type of experience you re looking for the spirit was the most LIT boat.. adults and kids enjoy their time for grandma birthday. Food was ok. The music was mixed up for all crowed types

First time I was in Navy Pier in a year. It was beautiful.

A lovely day for to go for cruise. Services is great and the cruise oversees the river. There are 2 marry couples and people are dancing within the cruise. The buffet is great with lots of food and free flow drinks. Total is about 2 hours and i would like to do that again with my family.

This was an incredible experience!!! I really enjoyed it.
It is NOT necessary to pay the extra amount for window seats though. You get a great view from any table.

What a wonderful experience! Staff was very friendly, the boat was clean, the food was delicious. Definitely would recommend for anyone who has the opportunity!

Great Cruise , great service , delicious food , and the best views of the city

We had a large group visit the city for the first time and always wanted to take them on the Odessey because its the biggest boat in the pier and new perspective of seeing the city from the lake

Lunch was well paced , we finished everything except the dessert before we even left the dock food itself was delicious with the beef short rib soo tender it could be cut effortlessly with a fork

The service was excellent the waiter checked in on us often, checked in on use even when we were on the top deck. Seperated our checks with our correct order and was able to take my special request for a souvenir glass and have it wrapped on the table by the time we were ready to leave
