The absolute WORST!!!!!

The absolute WORST!!!!!
I order a refrigerator from Home Depot in Neptune NJ it took 2 weeks for a delivery date which was supposed to be on January 13th this company called, left me on hold for 30 minutes then switched me to an automated system which told me my delivery was delayed and it would now deliver my refrigerator on the 21st which is today. They didn t know where the shut off for the water was for the ice and water. So they leave as they were still sitting in their truck my husband found it. We called and they told us that they weren t turning around and we can have it on Saturday. We re new to this home and still learning about it, but shouldn t installers know what they re doing? I ve been without a refrigerator for about a month now everyone blames COVID-19. If I could give this company Zero stars I would!!!! Now I ll be heading over to Home Depot to give them a piece of my mind. You spend ridiculous amounts of money on on appliances and you get horrible service. Why they use this delivery company is beyond me.

TLDR: I would give less than 1 star if I could. Their employees can't read either a clock or an inventory sheet. Save your time and sanity and choose a different company.

-Delivery Team did not deliver to the second floor of the home. This was not previously mentioned and the Lowe's associates at the store were unaware of this policy. I most likely wouldn't have opted for home delivery if I knew I would still have to carry all the product I received to the second floor by myself.
-The timing of the delivery team was terrible. The timeframe we were given for the delivery was between 12:45 pm and 4:45 pm with a 30 minute call prior to arrival. This was all the information I was given. I received a call at 11:54 am stating they would be at the address in 10-15 minutes to deliver. Not only was this less than half of the call before time, it was also almost 45 minutes before the beginning of the 4 hour window I was given for delivery. I told them I could be at the location by 12:30, but that it was the best I could do since we weren't even within the delivery window. The delivery staff then proceeded to not even show up at the time they said they would after they were informed 12:30 would work.
-Our delivery was also incomplete. The stair nose was not part of the delivery even though it was on the list of items and had been paid for. The delivery staff still tried to get us to sign their paperwork stating EVERYTHING was delivered even though that was not the case. (Paperwork was signed after writing a note on it that delivery was not complete.) This in turn caused almost an hour of waiting in Lowes only for the stair nose to have to be reordered, but in order to avoid the absolutely horrible service of Spirit Logistics, we will be picking it up ourselves. We also now have to push back the installation of our flooring due to this issue that could have easily been avoided if proper procedures were taken such as verifying inventory and ensuring everything on the list to be delivered made it on the delivery truck.
- In summation, I have had an absolutely terrible experience with Spirit Logistics. I am assuming the delivery was free (or at least not marked as a separate item on my Lowe's receipt) because no one in their right mind would pay for such terrible service. I will recommend friends and family members use a different service in the future in order to have a better experience.

Not all items were delivered. The people who delivered marked down that they DID deliver everything, and I am now having to dispute that with Lowe s. Since they use a third party (Spirit Logistics Network) to do the deliveries, they are having to wait till tomorrow (04/02/2021) to figure out what is going on and why you lied regarding my delivery.
I really hope this gets resolved, because I paid for delivery for these items and they weren t delivered. Yet, I m receiving notifications that they were delivered. It s just messed up!
Not satisfied at all and quite concerned that I will not get my items now that y all have said they were delivered.
This is at Lowe s in Milton, FL.

When we had our refrigerator, microwave and stove delivered the delivery team was the worst. First they refused to haul away my old appliances even though I paid for it and it was on the receipt clearly. Then when I told them I d call the store and say started hammering at our door taking it off the hinges without saying anything and even damaged our door frame beyond repair. Then at the end of it all he tried to put the refrigerator that we paid to have hauled away in our dumpster, dumpsters don t allow refrigerators everyone knows that, that s why I paid to have it hauled away. They were the absolute worst team I ve ever had deliver appliances and I ll be buying from a different store in the future. This team was from the lowes Preston highway location I hope they don t use spirit logistics in the future or they hire better workers.

WOW is all I can say! How dare you call me one day...

WOW is all I can say! How dare you call me one day before delivery, ask me questions about my family's COVID situation and assure me your team will take all percussions necessary and show up at the house WITHOUT a mask! Not even around your neck or in your hands! Costumer service woman was BEYOND NASTY and tried to argue with me! Come on!

Horrible horrible horrible company. The wait time ...

Horrible horrible horrible company. The wait time to actually speak with someone on the phone is a minimum of 20 -40 minutes. No one ever calls you back either. And I m STILL waiting for my washer to actually be delivered. Waited all day last Saturday for them to never show up or call. They lost my appliance and just never bothered to call or let me know they weren t coming. So after rescheduling, they called the day of delivery to say we d have to reschedule AGAIN because they were at capacity for deliveries that day, and automatically scheduled for the next day (never mind the fact that my husband had already left work and was at home waiting for them). So now today, AGAIN NO DELIVERY. The driver lied and said that there was no one home so he couldn t deliver it and we d have to yet again reschedule. We were home the entire time and I even called the driver on his phone several times (which he never answered). Plus, someone else came to the house this morning to pick up the original washer that is supposed to be replaced. No one told us someone would be coming to pick up the original appliance, they just showed up - so now on top of having been rescheduled several times, we also now have NO washer!

I will NEVER purchase another appliance from Home Depot as long as they continue to do business with this company! The workers at Home Depot have been as helpful as they can be given the situation, but it s bad business Home Depot to continue to do business with an organization that treats your customers so poorly!

If I could give them negative stars I would. I ordered GE washer/dryer from Home Depot. The delivery team messed up my walls left a hole and grease stains. I could not clean off the marks. It has been over a month now since submitted claim. No one will take my call, return my call or answer my emails. On my way to check if on BBB to report them there. Then calling Home Depot and GE to speak with the person that managers the account with them. This is unprofessional on so many levels. I feel as though they do this to not follow through/pay out the claims. Typical shady insurance business.

Spirit Logistics delivered appliances to my new co...

Spirit Logistics delivered appliances to my new construction home and did $1,000 worth of damage between beat up cased openings and scratched the front of a new fridge. They denied my claim and refused any assistance because an extension cord was laying on the ground. I would highly recommend do not use their services as they do not stand behind their work.

HORRIBLE. I've waited all day for a stove from Home Depot. They brought a lawn mower then said I sent them away. Wouldn't answer my call, took a picture of my front door and said they delivered it. Get a better company Home DEpoy
