The whole process at Spinelli Nissan was absolutely superb. The minute I walked in the door I felt right at home. The staff was courteous and dealing with Michael Elian was an absolute pleasure. He went above and beyond to listen to my requirements and got the vehicle I wanted. All in all a great experience overall. Highly recommended. Many thanks also to Ralph as he was my first contact at Nissan a few years ago and Mathieu along with a great staff. Merci!!!

The service at Spinelli Nissan has always been top notch. From the moment you walk in...to the moment your car is delivered you feel like a valued customer. Neil is great in sales. He was very knowledgeable. Mathieu in finance was super nice and made the process very pleasant. Alexis delivered the car. He went through all the paper work and gave me a quick tutorial on my new car and showed me all the amazing things the car has!!

Had a terrible time @ that dealership for many years. The straw that broke my back was when I bright the car in for a tune up. They do an inspection. They came up with I've $2000 of work that had to be done on top of the tune up.
I said yes to doing the back brakes & the table, what ever that is. They were kind enough to give a loner for a few days. I get my car back. A few hours later my son & I go into the city to pick up my wife @ work. As I'm coming of off Henri Bourrassa onto L'Acadie I break. Only I don't have any breaks. I can't stop! The only way to stop was by using the emergency break.
I went back to the dealer right away. Again they gave me a car. The investigation found there was a pin or screw that could have been faulty. I did not want to take the car until it was tested out well.
By the time that I got the car back breaks were fixed but there was no transmission.

Our Sentra was recall for airbag. Amazing service from making appointment to picking up car. They all were very polite and professional.

I have been going to Spinelli Nissan for almost 10 years, now. I have had great service from the various advisors, particularly Jessica and Nirav, and their mechanics. I have appreciated the Service Manager's help with my service, as well. Thank you!!

The team is polite and respond to all of my questions. Over the years I have developed a rapport with longstanding staff, and feel comfortable discussing any issues with them. Top notch. I just signed my second lease with Nissan (Kicks, S Model, 2019), and I will be returning for a third. I have always felt uncomfortable with sale associates, but it sincerely changed with them. My guy (Michael Elian) is hands down - sincere, kind, thoughtful, engaged, dependable, and HONEST. He answered every single question I had, multiple times if needed. He presented all options but truly listened to what I wanted and what I needed, and only made recommendations accordingly. He really took care of me. I kid you not, he ran numbers for 7 (yes - seven) different options, so I could really see what I needed. He has an impressive knowledge base of cars, their parts, their value, and he can run you through every single cost on that sheet of paper and explain what it is, where it comes from and why you should pay for it. When I left with my new car, I almost felt like I was saying bye to a family member.

Seriously - ask for Michael Elian. He will actually greet YOU - not your wallet.
