Comfortable motor vessel with very bright indoor area with huge windows. Interesting the journey ... curious the turn of the port .... but I would have preferred to see also some channel or some traditional zone of rotterdam

This was a bit of a disappointing experience, or perhaps, I was expecting too much. It was just a boat trip. I expected to see a much more active and operating harbor with lots of boats and containers being loaded. Perhaps it was not like that because it was 2nd of Jan or because it was foggy, but I had not the feeling I was in the largest harbor of Europe. It was just a nice boat ride. Service and personnel all ok.

An incredible journey knowing the interior of the port of Roterdan. We have been on the boat for an hour and a half. If you feel like there is a cafeteria, it has been eaten and well attended. The price is 13.95, the only drawback is that there is no explanation in Spanish. They could put some headphone system although they will be charged separately, I just put that paste

Although the trip takes more than an hour, you do not see any big overseas ships. The tour was still very nice on the big ship from Spido.

A beautiful trip through the Rotterdam Container ports is highly recommended if you like very large ships and boats or the largest port in Europe, and it is definitely worth a visit in beautiful Rotterdam.

The harbor cruise was good, but the ship was once completely renewed, the prices are too expensive and there is not enough information.

The Spido is the tour boat harbor organization of Rotterdam. The canal cruise company has 5 ships in service, all large ships, so not like those flat, more or less bus vessels, such as in Amsterdam. They are large ships with all kinds of comfort on board, including food and drink, although one has to take into account the price. Incidentally, it is not cheap to make a cruise, but it is worth it, you see Rotterdam from the water. And although it is impossible to see everything, you still get to see quite a bit of Rotterdam. There are many types of boat trips, see the site. But a regular short cruise costs already 13.25 per person, an extended cruise 23 per person and, for example, a day trip goes to 60 per person. For parking you pay an additional 20 euros per day, and then you go eat and drink something. Spicy price for such a trip. You must have experienced it somewhere, it is something completely different and by seeing everything and getting information, you know a lot about Rotterdam. But I think it is too expensive, and again don't forget the food and drinks, not even supermarket prices. It is quite an experience for those who know little about harbors or who have no water nearby.

We had a private ship and were delayed because of heavy traffic. The ship has been waiting without problems, great. The harbor tour was also the hammer, everything was fine.

The journey of 75 minutes was less worthwhile, the ticket office is very inefficiently organized.

The tour is definitely good, but the queues are super long and if you want to do a spontaneous tour, you have next to no chance. We did not discover any other providers.

The harbor cruise was boring, you can not get to the real port of Rotterdam ...

Waste of time and money. We took the 2.5 hour tour. The audio was terrible - imposssible to hear at some points, so loud your teeth rattled at others, and they kept playing the wrong clips at the wrong times (we heard about the kitty litter factory 7 times). They eventually stopped playing audio altogether. Boat was full of loud children running amok.

If you pass through Rotterdam take a tour of the port, the largest in Europe

Amazing experience. Nice to be able to experience the port and Rotterdam. A journey to never forget. It is best to take the very first boat. Because then there are few people. Later the boat is very full. Also bring a jacket as it can be very chilly on the open water.

The comments in French are much less developed than in the other languages ... Too bad otherwise good visit and comfort is present!

We missed the boat on Saturday when we had already bought the seats online. Fortunately spido authorized us to go there on Sunday. The boat tour was really interesting.

We are very disappointed with the harbor cruise. Announcement from the band in four languages, but the speakers on the upper deck are very quiet. Info about the harbor practically no ... you definitely do not realize, that should be Europe's biggest port !!
With the splashbus one would probably have had more fun ...

A trip with the Spido really belongs to Rotterdam. At the foot of the Erasmus Bridge, you step on board and see Rotterdam from the water. In recent years the skyline has expanded enormously and every time it looks different again from the Spido. I would go for the short trip myself, but you did see Rotterdam at some point.

We were on deck because the weather was nice, we could not hear the speaker at all, we were only 5 metres away. So It would recommend to fix this. We were on a older boat, so maybe the new ships don't have that problem. Very impressive to see some harbour activities!

A beautiful harbor tour made of 75 minutes. The weather certainly played along, 30 degrees. Not too much or too little information about sights during the trip. A highlight during a visit to Rotterdam.

Parking around the corner. Indoor. Very friendly staff both at the cash desks and on board. Also easily accessible by public transport (tram and metro). Souvenir shop present (for the enthusiast).

Make a trip with the Spido every year. When it is sunny and warm. Nice to catch up with tourists, remains a nice trip.

Super fun cruise made (harbor tour Rotterdam) Our children aged 2 and 4 also enjoyed it very much. We sat outside on the deck and that was fine, even with children. There was a good distance because of Corona, it was not too busy. The boat looked neat and nice, clean toilets. And also the staff was very friendly! The only feedback I have is that broadcasting the sights in 4 languages was a bit annoying at times. Certainly worth repeating!

Really nice and a must have I must say. I would recommend to take the 75min trip instead of the extended tour of 2.5 he's. Its personal I should say. If you like having a relaxing time on water with some coffee and snacks on board then 2.5 hrs is good but you don't have much of sightseeing. In any case don't miss this if you happen to visit Rotterdam.

You don't see the really big ships with the small tour. Pity

Nice trip through a beautiful harbor, even on Sunday a lot of activity. The boat is beautiful, a lot of view. Outside and inside. Food and drinks can be ordered on board. Parking is a thing. On the street or parking garage. Both are not free.
