Polite, knowledgeable, and fast service.
Reasonable prices. Not a ton of inventory right before Christmas, but quality products.

I called Spicer s and spoke with Tyler. I was looking for a certain guitar that my daughter was asking for Christmas. Spicer s had it in stock but I m in MD and was worried it wouldn t be here in time for Christmas. Tyler offered me the option to do 1 day shipping and even went out of his way to make sure the guitar comes in an unmarked box so that it won t spoil my daughters Christmas surprise if she happens to answer the door. Tyler went above and beyond the customer service I was expecting. I m so thankful I called today. I will definitely contact them for future purchases. Thank you again Tyler! Happy Holidays!

This is a great store, they always have what I need. As an Oboe player it can be hard to find quality reeds that don't need to be shipped. Spicer's always has a pretty wide selection of oboe reeds with is very helpful. I wouldn't have made it through band without this store! Thank you guys.

A few weeks before Christmas, my daughter asked for a light up keyboard. I was frantically looking to order a particular Casio model online or from local store, but the model I was looking for was sold out everywhere I looked. I live in New Hampshire, but I found this keyboard on Spicer's Music website and ordered it. The following day, Tyler contacted me by email and by phone and told me the model I was looking for had be discontinued and was sold out. The newer replacement was $20 more, and Tyler offered to add in a sustain pedal for free (valued at $19.99). After telling Tyler I was also looking to get a keyboard stand, bench, and headphones; he put together a package of these additional items for under $100. The entire package safely arrived to my home in plenty of time before the holiday. My daughter is thrilled with her Christmas gifts, and this will give her something different to focus on during this time of remote learning. Although we live in New Hampshire, I will definitely consider contacting Tyler at Spicer's for any musical purchases and/or online lessons in the future. Thank you!

Staff were really friendly and helpful! Got an excellent deal on a used guitar for my husband. Amps and accessories are a little expensive but well worth it for the price of instruments.
