Sphinx World Biz Review

I have been associated with this company as an employee for over a year now and have seen it growing from length to length. No company is perfect but the experience, the resources, their will to work on something innovative and disruptive, last but certainly most importantly, the management make it a strong organisation to work with.

In my experience, the company has only grown in all the aspects, respects its resources, definitely has operational offices in more than two countries- India, Germany, Australia, even the USA, and has presence in many other parts of Europe. Has clientele across sectors and adds more resources as part of their strengthening process in both Engineering and IT sectors. The resources are experienced in most of the traditional and contemporary engineering and product development technologies.

The company is a Limited organisation and is run by Surana and sons, it is a family run organisation which works in tandem and unity. The management is open to new, innovative and market disruptive ideas and welcome them coming from the employees. The organisation is almost 25 years old and has a strength of 400+, and that my friends, accounts for something.

Small company , given interview and selected but they did not offered company HR Mr Nitish blocked me no on phone and whatsapp. What's a sick mentality people are these.

One of the best companies in Noida for IT services. Delivery with excellence in quality is their USP. Excellent support from management and coworkers.

I went for HP printer repair. Guys didn't seemed to be of much experience in repair work.

I have been associated with Sphinx for a while now and my experience has been great in terms of the learning curve as a software testing engineer. The projects have been diverse and the learning has been immense. As a service provider and as an employer, Sphinx Worldbiz is a good organisation to work with for both the senior experts and even for freshers.

I have worked with 3 different companies, but sphinx is best ... they have shifted to new building with decent infrastructure, Best is the employee friendly policy, lots of things to learn, you work for 5 days in week, no charges for tea, Cool environment... no dirty politics. I want to thanks the hr manager for supporting alway, My manager was also very nice. want to come back again in future.

They value customers.initally , i faced few problems while connecting to the responsible project manager but it was sorted as soon i had words with other manager.

Let's not go by perception of other people feedback ....visit the org go through interview process ...take job if not satisfied then share ur feedback n not like people who were rejected in interview coz they knew nothing n then blame the org for their drawbacks...n senior people for their knowledge...

I am Working at Sphinx Worldbiz from last 1 year. Sphinx is good for freshers as you will get to learn everything here.
Work culture & atmosphere is good with nice infrastructure.
There are many gud things dat i like about Sphinx, job security is one of it.
Overall Sphinx worldbiz is the best place to learn the new era of solutions, business culture and exposure to the world of trending strategies.
Sphinx has much visibility towards transformations and identifying the opportunities at various industry perspective.
It is my first company. So, being somewhat biased, i do have a soft spot for it.

Can be a good choice to start career in Design Engineering field for freshers. Most of the commonly used Design softwares are used here for both teaching and Project work e.g. Catia V5, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Inventor, Ansys, Hypermesh etc...

Nice company, this company has got some really good policies & many benefits for employees. The growth & learning aspects are too good. I am planning to continue here for at-least 5 more years.

This company doesn't provide professional service. They don't deliver what they promise before taking the payment. Their HRMS software is the worst service ever, with no basic functionalities in place. It has been more than 18 months since we purchased their HRMS licences. We could not run a correct payroll till now. Worst experience ever. Don't waste your time and money on them.

I have worked here for the last two years and the experience has been good.

I am not sure about engineering service but had very pathetic experience in IT services.
1. They do not have any vision in IT service.
2. Management is very pathetic specially in IT division
3. Pure Lala company.
4. No appreciation, No motivation for employee.
5. For Females : No Benefits for Expecting employees.
and finally people who are saying or commenting that this organization is good or best or good paymaster or have office in different-2 countries pls. explain us how many offices are operational, How many employees are working there, What benefit you are providing to them and how many female employees are working there.

Fraud fraud company,i suggest Don't go for interview ,for the name of hero motors they will call for interview,neither you will satisfy with the technical nor hr round.they will not provide you the transport allowance,the worst HR policies.

I went for interview but seems a very small company. Employees mark their attendance by punching machine, So I think 9 works office punching is mandatory i.e. from 9:00 AM to 06:30 PM. I had my interview here and the panel was very satisfied with my answers. It was almost 1.15 hrs discussion and later I was told that there will be a Director round discussion for that Nitish will co-ordinate with me. I didn't get any call from anybody afterwards. Simply careless HR / Recruitment team and processless company. No Cafeteria, No parking, No recreation hall,o sports. They don't have proper hierarchy and only those people can survive here who are good at bread and buttering. So don't go for job interview here. It's simply killing your time as they don't have the budget .to hire senior resources. They have approx. 35-40 employees only.

I have been working here for last 7 months and feel that Sphinx provides learning opportunity in diverse domains. Infrastructure and amenities here are getting better every day.Hope sphinx will reach zenith if they keep the same pace up and become more employee centric as employee is the key for every growing organization.

Unprofessional IT company. They focus on selling products like HRMS and CRM to customers which doesn't even work. And then they do not even refund the money. We paid annual amount. They worked for 1 month and not refunded a single penny. I wrote many emails to request for refund. But they seems to be fraud. Cheaters! Beware of them guys. They will take your hard earned money.

I highly recommended Sphinx worldbiz for engineering services in pune especially rapid prototyping. They have seamless managerial process and I am very satisfied with their services.

This company's policy is too bad. HR Manager Nitin called me after interview and told me you are selected and congratulation evening will send you offer letter. But after that call he did not picked my call and did not answered of my msg. All HR member are layer. They play with sentiment of candidates. I suggest you do not join this company or do not attained interview. You can attain interview here only for entertainment for your self otherwise no use.
