Council is ok could be better but at least the do something and clean the streets and take then bins on a regular. Better staff are abit clued up and do try and help you.

Advertising as opening at 8.45am but message says closed when you call.
Rang through to set up payments for council tax for them to not take it. Then they will complain it is late and send letters. Poor service

Trying to connect with customer service team, but no one is picking up the phone.

Rubbish collection has been brilliant, even throughout the pandemic. Street lighting and cleaning also five stars. But, Housing, Social Services and Planning, have been absolutely useless in my 8 years of living here.

The customer service team should be ashamed of themselves...... it s people like the woman I just spoke to..... that cause suicides! I m struggling after being off work sick nearly died, she was rude and patronising ... talked over me and generally did not listen or care

If they are able to help they will. If not they try to advise where can.

Social Services, housing been absolutely useless in my 10 years of living here
