Terrible service! Terrible! I will NEVER book a clients transportation through them again.

They showed up for a party of 15 with a van that fit 8... then put my clients on the floor in the back with the luggage. I wish I was kidding. They were NO SHOWS for my clients airport pickups and even the locals told my clients to avoid them like the plaque. I will NEVER book them again for my clients.

Oh yeah and 5 messages and no return call. Hold times were HOURS. This company should be shut down or charges as a fraudulent company that rips people off.

I want to commend your driver Marilu, she rescued us when your scheduled driver failed to pick us up for 40 minutes after our assigned pickup time at Aston Beach Hotel. Despite having a full schedule, Marilu got us on board and to the airport so we could make our flight to Kauai. She truly went above and beyond unlike the assigned driver.

I booked a Mercedes Benz shuttle to my hotel and a Kia showed up.
Dispatch said they could not send us the vehicle we actually booked.

False advertisement.
Do not book a luxury car. They will send a Kia to pick you up.

You guys were amazing! Hector made our experience so awesome while he was taking us back to the airport. He was very attentive and described different sceneries in the area. He kept us entertained the entire way.

The person that helps you at the airport was completely rude. Our driver was even more rude.

We had a shuttle scheduled to the airport this morning and no one showed up!!
We waited over a hour and ended up having to get a Uber, otherwise we would have missed our flight, This company is a scam, unreliable. I called customer service and they are trying to refuse a refund The only customer service number provider has absolutely no idea what s going on. I m almost certain there is no communication with the driver and booking admin.

If you need a reliable van/Car this is not the company to call!

My husband and I took the North Shore Eco Waterfall tour. It was a full day with plenty stops without the feeling of being rushed. Our guide Paul was excellent in his knowledge, friendliness and patience. This tour is the first thing I talk about when people ask me about our vacation in Oahu.

They were absolutely great! They showed so much aloha spirit!
I know Kapaa traffic is horrendous. Our pick up time was around 11:30am and I started to get a little worried when the shuttle did not show up around that time.
I called the service line and they were very transparent and friendly. Despite the situation, they did indicate that they had moved us to go on another shuttle since the one we were originally suppose to be on was expecting a larger party.
It was a happy coincidence that the larger party sent half of their group on a taxi. This freed up space.
Our driver, Myrna, was incredibly friendly and positive. Despite the delay, she maneuvered the traffic, kept an upbeat attitude, and got all of us to the airport on time.
I would recommend to anyone visiting the island. I know that currently, the island is pretty stressed on transportation/ rental car availability. I am grateful there is a service like SpeediShuttle to get us to where we needed to be.

Extremely poor service at Honolulu airport in July 2021. Waited an hour to board shuttle after four or five came and went. Customers who arrived before us were still waiting, and customers who arrived after us were transported before us. When we finally arrived in Waikiki, driver lost key to luggage compartment or broke the lock. Driver failed to communicate with riders. Waited another hour on the street for locksmith to open luggage compartment. Lost all confidence in service and walked the remaining distance to our motel. Called about terrible service. Left contact information with a request that a manager call me. No one called. I canceled our return trip to the airport. I cannot recommend.

If I could give negative stars, I would. My nine-year-old daughter and I had a reservation for this shuttle to take us from the Hilton Hawaiian Village to the airport. When the shuttle arrived, we went to get on as well as two groups of other people. The driver looked at all of us and said he didn t have room. He took one group and left us and the other party behind. He never even checked our reservations. He never called to get another shuttle. He just left us there high and dry. The other party and I called speedy shuttle about this and could not get an actual person. I sent three emails and they didn t even respond. Avoid at all costs.
