I have been a customer of Specs since shortly after they opened. They are so good that I continue to buy my glasses at Specs even though I now live out of state. I've searched far and wide and have not found any other place that can hold a candle to the high work quality and customer service that Specs provides.

As a retired scrub nurse I definitely know about keeping environments clean and sterile. Specs Optical is the best place by far in being set up to take care of staff and customers. Keeping to one customer at a time, they are truly in compliance for being open during . All places need to limit the # of customers at a time to be able to be to keep systems intact, protecting staff, customers. Specs Optical is the perfect example of how to create a system of safety, and it needs to be shown to the customer service industry as a teaching tool on how to do it right.

I just had my eyes examined, ordered new lenses for my regular and sunglasses and bought a new pair recommended by Kelly. Super clean and sanitized, temp check at the door. Friendly smiles all around. I feel so much better today. Thanks Kelly and Steven and Bonnie and Raymond and on and on.

I have no idea how to express exactly how positive my experience here was. Steven basically held me like a new born child while performing some 10/10 covid social distancing/PPE. When we first arrived, my partner offered an aesthetic opinion and Steven came back with an arm load of options for me to try on. As I tried out his selections he would dart away and return with more informed choices, based on my and my partner s feedback. I m positive that visiting Specs, and specifically Steven has been the only good thing about 2020, aside from getting engaged. Thank you, Steven, you re beautiful!! Being trans can be hard, but when people who care exist in our community and show as much love as I felt, here, it can really adjust your entire mood. This place might be expensive but I ll never forget how nice I felt after leaving. He even did a rush job because my old frames were broken. Literally nothing bad to say.

I cannot say enough about Specs Optical! I was referred to them from a work colleague who always had the best frames!!! Once I started buying my frames at Specs, I ll not shop anywhere else. The have a huge selection and a variety of designer brands that are unique and fun! I love Sospiri (the more bling the better) and Theo (fun, great colors and designs) the most! My husband loves Anne Valentin. They have designer trunk shows several times a year. I bought my most recent frames on a FaceTime call with Bonnie! I couldn t drive to the store (I live 3 hours away) and I ve been a long time customer, so Bonnie could easily help me virtually! The first time my husband shopped there, he walked in and was very overwhelmed. Jenny sat him down, asked him questions about what he likes, and she walked around and picked out 10 frames for him to try! He ended up buying 2 frames that day!!!! The customer service is unbeatable. The attention to detail, the styles they offer, and the knowledgeable staff make it the only place I ll buy frames. My highest recommendation!

Came in to get my glasses repaired. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and fixed my glasses up in no time. I highly recommend!
