It's just a place in the bottom of the closest building. You eat there if you are lazy. It's not bad though.

Computer machine went down. Ended up placing order on the kiosk (was okay with that, things happen). Then Sat and waited for 10 min before the batista started to make the coffee

They have good lunch options. You can order online and items are ready to be picked up in the store. Makes it so convenient for busy professionals.

SLOW. And they CONSTANTLY get my order wrong. During off-peak hours too. It would be a great place to set up and work/chill with a laptop, but if you're going to get food, then order ahead online.

Wait can sometimes be long, but there's a nice variety. The large salads are big enough for 2 meals. The vegetarian sandwich is also good, even though I don't like vegetarian items.

Good food and nice place to do work at. Ordered an ice coffee and a flatbread. The cashier was super friendly.

Great place to conduct business, have meetings, relax after a busy day, oh, and also a decent cafe.

Waited longer than expected for an egg sandwich and matcha latte, matcha latte came out iced (ordered hot), and egg sandwich was just really gross. Even McDonald's would've been better!

Lifesaver, when you don't have anything decided , grab any single item from their menu and you will not regret. Friendly staff.

It takes one employee to make a good product & place of business get this poor rating. If the owners,managers, supervisors truly read & take reviews to heart, i sure do hope you read this one. Today was not a afternoon , in fact when we walked in the two employeea at tge register were just standing around looking BORED so you would think they would be eager to take an order or at least have a smile when u walk up to the counter. Instead what we saw was that they were both looking at each other as if there were telepathically saying, "its your turn! No its yours!" Well hell, if you were overwhelmed, on a break,tired or don't wanna work but wanna get paid let me tell you customer service is not for you!!
Summer job, regular job, survival job, whatever ...HOW YOU INTERACT WITH CUSTOMERS & YOUR ATTITUDE. IS A REFLECTION ON THE COMPANY YOU REPRESENT (who by the way also pays your salary)
So take this as constructive critism or whatever because the next time you don't any of these things - greet someone with a smile,say hello or show some kind of acknowledgement; Or look like you are engaged in taking an order (not looking past your customer out the window at a girl), speak in an audible voice & enunciate your words clearly when asked a question, or taking an order ( which you didn't get right) they may not be as nice to help you with this lil work ethic lesson! So, a BIg You Are Welcome to you young persons!

I did a mobile order. It was ready when I walked in. Servers were ok. Nothing stood out as particularly fantastic to me. Food is good though.

Had to negotiate to get them to make my sandwich at 4:40pm because it was too close to their 7pm closing time. Strange place.

Combined with a Peet's Coffee. Good variety of pastries, tea and coffee.

Cool place to hang out while for few minutes to few hours..cozy and lots of space especially during the mornings.

The manager Maria is very unprofessional and unexperienced manager.

Don t get a sandwich with bacon in it. I can cook bacon using a sidewalk & the sun better than they can using a kitchen. Other than that good.

sometimes you could wait more than 20 minutes, but cookies is tasty here

Ordered breakfast sandwich without cheese. The sandwich, to my dismay, had cheese. I had already gotten to work when I discovered the problem. Lucky day for my coworker.

On the plus side, my cashier was very nice.
