Had a laser treatment yesterday in the Jackson office to clear up a problem with my left eye. Made such a difference for my vision and was such a quick and easy procedure. Going to have the right eye done next week. My Doctor and the staff are the best. I have been a patient there for at least 20 years and I would highly recommend them.

Specialty Eye Institute helped me with my eye problems yesterday and I am very grateful that they made room to see me because my eye problems were getting worse and I was at a loss on how to help myself. They were very thorough in their exam and they addressed my concerns. I have started medication and I am hopeful for a resolution of my symptoms. The staff was friendly and professional and I feel lucky to have such a wonderful resource in the Jackson area.

I am very impressed with the efficiency of Specialty Eye Institute in general and especially with Dessie in scheduling! She worked hard with Blake Woods Surgical Center when COVID protocols through up some roadblocks. She communicated with me and Blake Woods to work through the scheduling and everything went very well! Once that was taken care of the entire process of my cataract surgery went very efficiently and I was very impressed with everyone!

Every person I came in contact with was extremely professional. On the day of my surgery, they were like a well oiled machine! Every single person calmed my nerves and treated me so well.. Dr. Ernst was friendly and made me feel comfortable about the procedure and before I knew it...it was done! THANK YOU to the entire team!!!!
There was a rather long wait but the staff was very friendly and helpful. They tried their best to get people in and out. The doctor took the time to explain the results of the tests they did earlier , and answered all of my questions.
