I would not ever hire Rand spear again!!!! To start My settlement was worthless. The amount I received back was less than the cost of an MRI!
I could ve got more from my defendant out of pocket. Secondly once you sign those papers, the law firm doesn t treat you the same anymore. You ll be calling them constantly and the receptionists I spoke with today ( a man) is full of sassy attitude. He transferred me to someone, (that went to voicemail ) I called directly back and he let the phone to ring for 2 mins & when I called back someone else answered while he was in the background complaining. Happens once I get it. Twice, things happen. This person will make or break a good experience. You can hire anyone to pickup a phone and transfer someone. Go somewhere else

I had an accident in 2018, I did all my rehab and therapy and waited patiently for Mr. Spears office to keep me updated. Nothing! I had to call them periodically to check in. It took me calling and complaining after two and a half years for my settlement check to finally arrive, but they were also working on my gap insurance with my insurance company and after 9 months, I still have no money from that portion of my settlement and at this point, can't even get anyone on the phone!

Great lawyers they dont play games and they are all for their clients!! The office is very clean and everything is kept nice and decorated very nice!! I would highly recommend this group of lawyers to anybody whose in need of a lawyer!! They went above and beyond for me!!

It was a long process and my case was settled. Micheal did a good job. He asked what I was aiming for and I got more than what I asked for. The reason for the 4 stars cause sometimes is hard to get a hold of my lawyers at times but other than that the job was done.

The receptionist and staff were very rude and disrespectful..
I never got to see my attorney not even once the lawyer that showed up at my deposition was not my lawyer I don't know who he was..
They made me come to the office three times to pick up my settlement checks and I still got less than what I was told that I was getting.
A man who work there said I should be happy to get anything

This business has disregarded COVID-19 protocols and consistently demonstrated a true lack of professionalism. I strongly suggest that you refer friends and family to ANY other Center City personal injury law firm that actually adheres to health and safety procedures.

The administrative staff is extremely unprofessional. Every Secretary and Paralegal that has called has been shockingly rude and uninformed. Addressees have to be updated multiple times. They loose track of every conversation and when someone else calls from the office they waste time and energy on items that are outdated or irrelevant. The way they speak to clients is abominable. Their language is disrespectful, patronizing and demeaning. This is on top of providing no results from a case standpoint. The worst service ever experienced.
