Great organization with a wonderful spa and neuter program - made being a responsible owner affordable. Staff was super nice and helpful.

It is very clean facility unfortunately you cannot interact with any of the animals? Unless you are willing to adopt and they will put a 48-hour hold on the animal.? That's a serious adopter so you're not allowed to interact with the animal if it has a Hold sign on the door . As a prior Foster and a adopter of numerous animals from Tompkins County & trainer that seems unreasonably questionable so just let the animals sit in the cage for the volunteers to call the front desk to see if you can go into the room cage Etc.

Great no kill shelter. Volunteers and staff are very helpful.

We normally get our pets from Cortland SPCA, but this place is good, too. Caring staff, clean, spacious, and loving.

Adopted our dog from here, the facilities are beyond excellent, and the employees seem well trained and actually enjoy their jobs. A few annoying hoops to jump through and a little pricey as far as the adoption process, but that is probably why they can take such good care of their animals.

Incredibly friendly. Very informed. The care for the animals is impeccable. One of the nicest shelters I've been to.

Best shelter ever! Attentive staff and loads of happy animals. Particularly impressed with cats / kittens.
