Love this place, home away from home, staff is straight outta heaven, food is improving, and I have meet some wonderful people from all over the world.

everything was fine. people could be very rude to the staff and complain about things that were not issues in their control.

as a company - i feel like they are obligated to take better care of their staff. the rampant unhealthiness of the staff is very sad. good companies take care of their employees - through gym memberships, healthcare, and encouraging of a healthy lifestyle. i believe things would go much smoother here if the staff wasn t clearly overworked and was cared for. maybe implementing a weight loss competition and paying for some food education classes would be a great idea for this company. they will say they don t have $$ for it, but they do. and increased health and happiness of employees will bring their ratings up and therefore get more participants for studies and overall a better work/study environment for all.

Horrible place. They will take forever to pay you. They do it so you can get very frustrated and just give upwaiting on your money. Food sucks. Dont waste your time people. This is a very honest opinion.

Horrible Company! Dont waste your time! I did a 12 days study in Dec of 2016 suppose to be for $3000 and still, as of Oct 2017, have not got paid! Pursuing legal action! Staff is rude and complacent, everyone passes the buck and no one will return calls or handle situation. I have heard the same problem with many other participants! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!

I did my first CSF study in West Bend Wisconsin at this facility and I have to say I had a great experience. The staff were wonderful, the doctors were professional, and they made sure that you left healthy and 100% just like you came in. I ve been to over 10 research study facilities and I have to say this one is already in my top three just from my one experience for the first time. They gave you one on one attention and care and always followed up if you had any issues. Thank you Allison, Sam, Logan, Lauren, Matt, Tracy, and all the doctors and staff. You guys are the best and I can t wait to be back for another adventure. Rock on!

FSM (Furat)

These ppl do not care about your well being. They hire ppl who grateuated from 6month tech schools, those are the ppl who draw your blood. And when they do draw your blood, they miss the vein & its painfull so they have to call some one more experience to do the job . My flight got delayed 5hrs and they told me that they will let me stay for a little. Once it was time for check out, they told me I had to leave with out even taking a shower. These ppl do not care for anyones well being. once you have completed their study, It's like, ok you'er done and get the hell out. I'm not even out of them building yet and they throw me out in the snow after 2hrs of waiting in the waiting room for a answer on if I could take a shower? They wake us at 6am to do all of their exams and then they tell you to leave with no shower. I live in orlando And if I knew that it would be anything like this . I would of never did a study with them. And the food there is like jail food. Smh never again will i come here .

Everything was unprofessional, nurses have attitudes when you ask a question and doesn t seem to care about the subjects in the study. I wouldn't waste time here.

I had a good experience. For my study, the food was actually amazing. I'm not sure but what is served may depend on the host of the study. The facility was clean and comfortable. I know you are required to bring your own personal items but I'm unsure why they don't provide hand soap. That seems a hygienic issue. Some staff were friendly and helpful. Other staff were hateful, arrogant and treated us with such disdain. Overall I had a pleasant experience. If not for the few staff who acted unpleasant, I would have given it five stars. I did have to wait for my last payment. It took about three weeks but I did receive it.

Thanks for wasting my time. Traveled all the way from Nebraska just to get denied even though I passed all the tests and screening. All their trying to do is collect your blood so they can sell it. These people are evil. Do not trust them! They will not pay you. They will waste your time

Horrible Company that does not respond to emails or phone calls. They have a substantial unpaid bill with our company since 2017!

Had a good experience until it came to the pay schedule. If you have several outpatient visits it could take several months to get your full payment.

So today I went and screened or was going to screen for Floyd MAD study. It paid 2625 for 10 days in house and 2 out patient visits. When I phone screened the day before I asked what the breakdown of payments was. (When and how much they were paying) for example 1k when you leave and the rest after the out patient visits. The phone person said that information would be provided at screening. That they could no longer give that out over the phone. I got to my appointment (2 hour drive each way) to look at the documents on payments..... We would be in house 10 days and come back for an outpatient follow up and receive 275.00 of the 2625!!! In essence we give up 10 days and a follow up and get 275 while spaulding keeps OUR money WE EARNED in their account for an additional 20 to 30 days!!!!
I asked to speak to a recruiting manager and she had so little integrity as to lie and state that Other companies in Wisconsin give you NOTHING for 21 days after completion. Naming Covance specifically. She went on to tell me that she was very close to a covance manager and they just spoke yesterday and it was confirmed that Covance pays that way. I assured her that I have done work with covance and that it was NOT my experience. She was straight up untruthful. You cant have that kind of thing going on at a facility that is putting experimental drugs into people.

Love it nice place always have fun when I'm there the money is good the food is good and it be fun kicking it with the stuff there they make your time there go real fast

Gypsies, Tramps & Thieves! This company tests experimental drugs on you, feeds you crappy food, keeps you in house with under paid unhappy employees, promises to pay you money then hangs you out to dry! I did a 15 day study here 6 months ago and still have not gotten paid! They make $ off you by selling your blood to the pharmaceutical companies and give you nothing! How do they get away with it? Why do they get away with it?

Remember when Spaulding Clinical was great to go too? I do. Now their automated phone system does not work, when you finally do talk to someone in "recruitment" they are robots that have no idea what they are talking about and cant help you or give you the wrong information. They set up appointments just to either cancel with you the night before by text or to say "recruitment" made an error and you cant screen for this study even though you went through the whole process the week before and you think your all set (I kid you not they did this to me 3 times!!! They sit on your money for a month after the studies over just to lie to you that its been "sent out" but the postmark date is 5 days after they said they sent it. During screening its a disorganized mess for the most part. Remember when you could be done in 2 maybe 2.5 hours and you filled out 3 pages? Now its 7 pages they ask you the same question 11 times and it takes a hour just to get past the front desk. What I would not give for it to be the Spaulding of 2012.

This place is a joke.. very disorganized.. they couldn t find the key to let me into restroom and when I verbalized that s I had to go they docked my pay... I ll never be back here again

Completed a study at Spaulding only to get the run around about my last payment. When I called and spoke with management about when will I be receiving the last payment they did not give a specific date only told me to wait.
