Must add a minus point:
If you want to reserve a massage on Friday for Saturday night, there is never room.
If you unexpectedly decide to go for a sauna visit on Saturday, you cannot count on treatment at all.

Most beautiful sauna in the Netherlands. Garden is big. Many warm baths. Different saunas for quiet lovers and also to chat. Very nice service. Card with meat, fish and vega. Singing bowl sessions at 3 pm. Book a massage in advance. Large area for parking. Too busy at Christmas.

I have been going to Spa Serene for years. Unfortunately, less positive experiences lately. The number of silence places is too big. There is only one 'talk sauna' but it is not really hot.
Last time we were advised to reserve from now on. We did that well. On arrival the employee could not find our reservation. We look for the reservation on the phone. we kept up the whole row, but the employee was unrelenting. Reservation found. She says: 'You made reservations on January 23, 2018' now it's 2019. We thought she was joking, but with her finger she made it clear that next time we really had to check the reservation. We then reported that it was strange that WE would have to check Spa Sereen's reservation system. How is it possible to place a reservation in the past! Anyway, the finger keep reminding us of our mistake. Very much to! A hefty negative start of what should be a fun day. When we wanted to walk to the dressing room we were again publicly pointed out in a very annoying way. It was not exactly 10 o'clock yet. I still have a 10 bathing card with 5 credits. Someone interested to take over?
Very nice sauna complex. We got there early and enjoyed the peace. Unfortunately it became very busy in the afternoon, which we thought was a shame because it is a lot louder. The sports massages we booked were great, highly recommended and worth repeating.
In the restaurant you can sit and enjoy all kinds of tasty snacks and drinks.
The only downside was the crowds in the afternoon and especially the noise that this entailed.

Wonderful sauna. A lot of light. On the water you can sit outside and / or in the two outdoor saunas. They sell beautiful feminine bathrobes of soft material.

One of the nicest saunas I've been to. Spacious, beautiful and attractively set up. Lots of variation and a beautiful view of the Maarsseveense plassen, with sunset!
Restaurant staff is very friendly. Big minus point is that it is noisy in the relaxation area with water beds.

Place is big and it has a lot of different saunas, staff is well prepared, particularly at the restaurant.
Never had such bad service. Our online reservation was canceled by mail. I called the spa to discuss this. After being queued for 50 minutes, I was told that it was not possible to book a treatment. When I gave as a tip that it is inconvenient that you only a day later gets told that your reservation is not going, the operator thought to be nice by giving me a so-called tip that I had to book earlier. Nice spa, but this employee has ruined the fun for me. I will never come here again.
It is a beautiful sauna. Large and spacious. Neat and clean. The puddle is a nice addition. The restaurant has a wide and tasty selection. So all fine. But be careful when booking! There will be a confirmation email that is not a confirmation, because it may be that somewhere in the middle of the running text there is no availability. While in the subject line it says reservation confirmation. So very confusing. The staff at the reception then does not feel responsible for this and can simply refuse you entry or let you pay the full rate for a half day. Moreover, they let a lot of people in which makes it very busy. And that while they say to use a maximum because of corona. Normally it will be even busier and that is no longer pleasant.

Too bad you were full, so we had to visit another sauna, much less that sauna in Wijchen, very good that you say you are full, so they do not do that in Wijchen and that was noticeable !! until the next times if you have space

- The range of saunas is not overwhelming, but we varied.
- All saunas except 1 are silent saunas (that does not stop a few but just talk to them and then it is solved).
- Beautiful expansive swimming pool.
- Restaurant is good with a nice varied menu.
- Treatments are good (wonderful massage, both hot stone and relaxation went well)
- infusion almost every hour, much more often than with other saunas
In short, top experience. Everything is about rest and relaxation and that has certainly succeeded. A much better experience than my sauna visit to Elysium recently. If you can choose: ALWAYS go for SpaSereen!

Fantastic sauna located next to the Maarsseveense Plassen.
Comfortable, relaxing and soothing. Went here on a Friday and ended up staying for 5 hours. The weather that day was particularly horrible, but this did not take away from my enjoyment.
I suggest going on a weekday, it will be less busy.

Well-kept, clean and modern sauna. Could have a little more atmosphere but is a matter of taste. Entrance is 31.50 which is quite high in NL. Restaurant serves delicious dishes but is also at the price. For those who want to enjoy a wonderful day and money does not play too big a role, this is highly recommended.

Very comfortable and very spacious and beautifully built. Shame about the screaming high prices on the menu card. I'm quite willing to pay a little extra - but this menu is really over the border.
