All around a good school. They are a fast past school. They run it more like a job. 730 to 3. Monday thru Friday. Have to have your polo and a belt, or you can't be in class.
Classes are quite indepth. I am currently a bench tech working on medical equipment. Everything I do everyday, I learned in Spartan. Well, the basics anyway. Which is where you all going to this school will start at any company.
Spartan gets their teachers from the field. All teachers have multi years of experience. Due to this, they have seen almost everything. They have answers to almost anything. They will also teach you what you need to know to be a great tech when you graduate. If you listen anyway.
The only downsides is the facility, it could do with a nice makeover. Which surprises me, due to how expensive the school is. Other then that. Great school. Second was the drone class. Main reason I went to the school. My class was the second to ever take it. It was lacking hard-core. Was quite disappointed. Of course it was very fresh and had lots of bugs. Im sure they have worked that out.
I would recommend this school to others looking to get a degree as fast as possible. I had an associates In Just over a year. And that degree has launch me far into a career.

Graduated from the AMT Hybrid program in November of 2020. The Hybrid program was the perfect fit for me as I was able to continue working while completing the online portion and then go to Tulsa for the On Ground syllabus. Spartan is designed to give you a solid foundation of the fundamentals, prepare you to pass the FAA Oral and Practical exams, and set you up to continue to learn once you are hired. Like any school or program, you get out what you put in. If you are disciplined, put the effort in, and make a concerted effort at studying and learning, then you will do fine and have a good experience. If you expect to show up, not apply yourself, and be spoon-fed what you need, then you are setting yourself up for failure
I found the majority of the Instructors at Spartan to be very helpful and genuinely caring about helping students to learn. There were a few less than stellar ones when we first arrived, but there was a marked infusion of talented and engaged instructors by the time we graduated. They were very accommodating with my situation when COVID hit and school was shut down. I was able to return to work and come back and complete the final six weeks at a point that worked with my schedule.
Some of the equipment was dated, but overall it was adequate to get the training across. There was a concerted effort to improve the quality of equipment and training devices during our time there.
If you have solid study habits and a desire to learn the basics and set yourself up for success, then I would recommend Spartan. If you are expecting to show up, not study, not pay attention, and expect to be handed a degree, pass the FAA exams, and land a good job, don t blame the school or program for not preparing you.

This school has been instrumental in my career, granted I had to accomplish certain tasks and apply myself. I went to Spartan and attained my Airframe and Powerplant Certification based on all of the knowledge that I learned in Spartan classes. While I was at Spartan, I also picked up my FCC License and received my Assoc. Degree. It was hard work, my family was growing. Eventually, I was able to hire into a position with a global avionics company. I was with that company for 15 years. Granted, I applied for the position but Spartan was the vehicle for putting me in contact with the right individuals. While I was in school, I was offered a position in corporate aviation, from that position, I met individuals that I would work for and with for 20 years. I have had both of those jobs for 20 plus years and I continue to work with one of the companies. Spartan opened doors for me that continued my aviation career. Yes, I could have done it on my own but Spartan made those doors available and it would not have been as smooth. Eventually I was afforded the opportunity to come back and teach at Spartan. It has be rewarding and uplifting. I attained my Bachelor's degree from Spartan and I have advanced. In my eyes there isn't a better institution! No school will do EVERYTHING for you, you have to take what you have learned and apply your knowledge. I also used a lot of effort. You would be hard pressed to find an AMT School that has instructors with as much relevant and current industry knowledge.

The BSTM Online program at Spartan is an excellent way to continue a quality education while still working. The program is robust and challenging, yet not overly so. All instructors were professional and available to help when needed. The feedback provided during assignments was always helpful and encouraging. Special shout outs to Darren Hill and Cindy Brown you took courses that looked like they would be tough and boring and made them interesting which made the time fly by. Also I would like to thank Dr. Candace Goodwin and her entire team they are all excellent professionals who obviously care about the success of every student. I highly recommend Spartan College for anyone looking to continue their education in Aviation.

I am an alumni from 2009 and don't recommend Spartan. I was told by recruiters it was required to do maintenance before flight. Ended up maxing aid and not completing the flight program. Job placement sent me to mom and pop shop that ended up with layoffs. Tried to transfer credits later to Oklahoma State, and was told Spartan was not a nationally accredited college. Later on I ended up filing claim with US dept of Education about my aid, but nothing for resolved cause not enough documentation. I felt like I wasted my time at the college, and I did enjoy my iuctors and colleagues. Just very disappointed with that chapter in my life!!!

I recently graduated from the AET program and was in the first 19 day course schedule. It s very fast paced and challenging but you ll learn a lot if you focus, study hard, and apply yourself. It s also a challenge for the instructors and some are much better than others. Overall it was a great experience and would recommend it.

I was a part of the online Bachelor's program and was very satisfied with the help of the administration and the help from the teachers. Teachers were fair and supportive and I appreciated their help when I needed it.

I loved spartan. from the teachers being really cool to the friends I've made. I graduated in 2017 and I miss the relationships we had in school. It's expensive but my career has blown up since graduation.
