So soooo soooo baaad
There is no credibility...

Very professional, helpful staff, good price and great experience. Will travel again with them for sure!

I don t even know where to start
First their prices were high but we didn t have much time to search for other companies so we went with them any ways, but every thing after that was a disaster.
We booked a honeymoon package to Sri Lanka , and when we arrived we were surprised by the restrictions there. Basically tourists ARE NOT ALLOWED TO LEAVE THE HOTELS and that is something Sparta didn t even mention before recommending this destination for us
We called our agent who planed the trip to ask him about what was going on and why weren t we informed before, He acts shocked even though these rules are not new at all in Sri Lanka. After our first day of arriving our agent there stoped answering and responding to our messages and we were completely on our own the entire trip.
Long story short, Worst traveling company you can deal with.

This company scams people for money
They ask you to pay and insure you a place once you pay they say that there are no place available and would provide store credit only (they dont pay you back)
Made my plans to be canceled because of them lying and then stopped answering the phone
This company should close for their scamming actions

Worst travel agency experience, unprofessional, unreliable, disappointing and plainly rude, I have never seen anything like it, they not only ruined my holiday but kept me waiting til last minute and then the stopped replying, if I can give it zero stars I would, definitely don't recommend

Good place with great people but the prices are expensive

I booked a trip with sparta to Istanbul. Initially, we had a few issues with communication as it was the first time i had booked through an agent here in Amman and no-one was explaining much to me, however, the once the manager realised he contacted me straight away and sorted everything out for me. We got what we booked, and the agent on the istanbul side was very good.

It s the worst travel agency I ve had the misfortune to deal with. They are dishonest, unprofessional, unreliable, and we ll surely ruin any trip or holiday you plan to make. They completely ruined my trip and I regret ever dealing with them. I strongly advise everyone not to deal with them and choose another place.

It was a pleasent experience, great service, fast and responsive .
