I love this place, it is my third time coming to Sparky's, they are very sweet to the dogs and very professional. I totally recommend this place. The only thing is they get pretty busy so better to make an appointment in advance which is not a bad thing. They are a family owned business and treats dogs better than when I used to go to a big pet corporation where all they care is about your wallet. Elijah and the staffs are very friendly, respectful and definitely animal lovers. I will for sure keep coming back. Thank you Sparky's !
I live in Lake Nona and drive my boys all the way back over to downtown Orlando, just to have them groomed. If that's doesn't say enough then.... idk what to tell you.

Elijah never fails to make my dogs look beautiful. He is very friendly and provides quality work. Our dogs always look amazing after we take them to Sparkys. He is gentle and cares about the dogs. Sometimes he will even have his own dog Sparky with him hanging out and Sparky is a sweetie!!!

Very rude, defensive, unprofessional when I asked him to tell me what time I should pick my dog up. He said that he was very busy and could not tell me. The day before he told me to bring her in at 10:00 the next day, I did. I assumed that I had made an appointment and she would be finished in a few hours. He told me he was very busy and that he would call. I went home and called asking again, he then became abusive, rude, accused me of rushing him, ordered me to pick up my dog NOW and he would not groom her and THEN HUNG UP THE PHONE without even saying goodby. Wow, I have never been treated with such disrespect in my life. I thought that he was a nice man... apparently wrong. I just now saw his answer to the above review. I'm sorry, but the short answer is that he's lying and he's trying to now cover his tracks. You need to decide who you want to believe. You may have a great experience there who knows? If you do good for you and I'm happy for you. I'll never return even if he asked me to.
