The people who work there are absolute sweethearts. Everyone is really nice, the rooms are great plus the breakfast they offer is amazing

Old world charm clean and welcoming with the sounds and smells of the ocean crashing below

I had a wonderful stay at the Sparhawk Resort. The rooms were very clean, the beds were comfortable, the people at the front desk were extremely helpful--and you can't beat the location and the ocean views. If you can, get the rooms that are directly on the ocean, it was heaven to hear the surf at night. The hotel is at the entrance to the Marginal Way (a gorgeous coastal walk), but you can also walk down to the beach in the other direction and enjoy sand and surf at twilight. The location was ideal for walking to many outstanding restaurants just up the street (but don't miss Frankie and Johnny's, a 2 mile drive away on Rt. 1 South in Cape Neddick!) All in all, a great vacation place. Highest recommendation.

Very clean. Fantastic view! It's at the North end starting point of the Marginal Way walking path. Tennis court, shuffle board.
