Spada Uniforms Review

My job sent me here to get a tailored suit for work. I got fitted then literally waited 4 hours to receive the suit (making me late for work). To top it off, the jacket was too tight making the lapels curve out when the jacket is buttoned. Also, it appears white thread was used to sew-on one of the arms for the jacket and is clearly visible from the outside so I had to use a sharpie on the threading in order to not look like Frankenstein. Who uses white thread on a black jacket?? Seating is also limited in the waiting room--I feel bad for the people who have to stand for 4hrs waiting for their uniforms. All-in-all, I would rate this place one step above a trip to the DMV

Went here for my fittings and I was truly surprised and amazed on how fast my uniforms got prepared. I thought I had to go outside for my slacks to be hemmed up but they did everything there really quick. Logos got put on faster than a jack rabbit sprinting across the west side highway. The only problem was that I was never given the gloves that I was issued and when I got home, they were never placed inside the bags. I received a hat, coat, blazer, 2 pairs of slacks, 1 sweater, 3 long sleeved polos, a wind breaker, 3 white shirts and no gloves.
I called my supervisor to explain the situation and he told me to call the place for the gloves. I just finished calling and speaking with the girl that took care of me and she swears that she gave me the gloves and I'm explaining to her that she didn't. If I did get gloves I surely would not be calling back asking for them. I told her that I checked every bag from top to bottom and even in the pockets and there are no bags. So now I'm out of gloves, not that it's important to me, but still, it was just for the principal of the fact that I wasn't given what was issued to me nor I was even fitted for gloves. I just hung up because speaking over the phone and them not listening to reason was futile.
If was I was told to come in for the gloves then I was have rated this place all 5 stars. I understand policy is policy but nothing in life is ever easily granted.

Very poor service they want to give you a uniform that is way too tight especially if you 63 & 275 lb. Would you believe that the manager has the nerve to tell me that's what the company want .When I got there I have on the first uniform that I have received from them when I got relocated to Citi site

They are too slow
They have a bad attitude
They give you what they want.

Long wait, go early as you can, with at least a 3 hour gap between your arrival and the closing time. They end up sending you home most of the time with well fiting clothes. Some clothing designs might be dated.

This place gets packed! Expect to spend several hours to be fitted and have your garment tailored. The staff can be rude at times and seating is very limited.

Bunch of very professional folks... Very organized.

You spend too much time before before they take care of you

The people at this business have a bad habit of giving customers extremely tight fitted clothes. They do that on purpose so that the company that you sent you to pick up a uniform would have to spend more money to place another order for you to get a better fitted suit.

On top of that, the wait is always extremely long.

Quality products I guess. Customer service needs improvement. Sizing needs improvement

Guy in the back of walking around in flip-flops and he has an extreme attitude when you know your exact measurements he still wants you to put everything on.

Very profesional service, great quality merchandise.

Very bad service they took my measurements 2 times and after almost 2hrs of waiting they finished and gave me my suit but when I got home to try it out it was all wrong, wrong side on the jacket and the pants was left baggy 4ins of material

Worst place you could possibly come to. You will be waiting for hours just for your uniform

Wonderful store! They really have the BEST uniforms.

You need a lot of patience with these people. They are rude and prejudice. Irks my nerves having to stop by. Make sure to ALWAYS CHECK THE UNIFOR WHEN YOU RECIEVE IT. check the bottons, the threading and make sure they actually fit. They will set you up here

This is where I get my work uniforms cool people , professionally altered uniforms and very nice staff never wait more than I have to .

The staff will make sure your uniforms fit and tailored for the specific request of your employer. Note the visit requires a lot of patients,so don't make other plans, you'll be there for a while!

I love it when places tell you to keep it Professional but all in all there the ones who are not Professional. Ex I had to pick up some uniforms I were fitted for two weeks ago when this employee came for my penmanship she gonna say What Is this nobody could read or understand this. My response was for her to get glasses she said she doesn t wear any I told her maybe she need to get some really excuse me I m confused Are you here to do logistics or are you hear to teach English 101? If that s the case then sweetie you need to change your profession and go teach English. The nerve of her it s mighty funny the other day prior to that no one had trouble reading my writing if I don t send for you don t come for me. IJS

Didn t know about the wait time...but got fitted in 2 hours which i couldn't dislike. One thing that stuck out strong to me was the customer service , very welcoming and professional listens to your concerns and meets your requirements.Wish there where more business like this.GiGi is very helpful and nice ,office personal really great i wanna go back lol

By far the worst place when it comes to service.. Expect long wait and ride service.

The uniform spot !! Come in sign your name, speak to one of the young ladies in the office, then sit in the waiting room and wait for your name to be called. The wait can be anywhere from 5 to 15 mins, not too bad if you're scrolling on your phone or watching whatever channel is on their tv. The staff if polite and work fast to get your uniforms ready for your upcoming shifts. It can get a little busy so get there early you guys ! They open at 9am !!!

Been there many times & it's always an ordeal & a test of patients. The waiting time is so long. I got there at 9:30 left at 12:15. They don't even apologize for the wait, the stitching is also bad. I got a rash on my arm after trying on one of their sample long sleeve shirts so wear underarmour. They never have enough ties.

I was there for only 40 min service was great they have really improved,good job!

I've been coming to Spada for years, spanning several security companies. Any isolated negative experiences are overshadowed by their consistent service over the years.

Takes forever to call you or give you anything.. And filled with ghetto people that prime security send over to be honest you get your uniforms as fast as you get laid off lol

They had good customer service. Was able to get my uniform to fit just right and was out of there quickly.

Usually it's very packed with people picking up uniforms but if you get there early enough and have a voucher there waiting for you you can get in and out. The staff is very helpful and pleasant.

I was in and out (including measuring for pants and shirt) in under an hour. A+ service and professional employees.

The people were friendly and gigi especially was very good and helpful.

The process seemed alot simpler than previous and I didn't have to wait that long. Customer service was nice and friendly and the uniform coat I picked was well done to my liking. Great job guys!! I look forward to your wonderful service again...surely improved.

Great Service, but only if your there when they open at 8:30am. Dont be showing up around noon or youll be there for over 2 hrs. I been coming to Spada for over 9 years =

The [ worst ] company in the world & the stuff talked to me so rudely ,they're really so terrible ,No respect & i felt like I'm animal or like cockroach ,so bad experience ,i hope never go there anymore.

Shirts; a size to small,slacks; two sizes toooo big. I would never ever want to go here again! Fitting is the worst. SMH

At Spada Uniforms get there early & prepare to wait but they fit you for company uniforms

People here treat you with respect customer service A+

You need to wait for long hours. And then you will get your uniform not totally fit for you

You can get Security Guard needs taken care of if the company you work for sends you there.

Good customer services,especially the uniform lady.the suites was bit pricey,I was expecting less.
