very disappointed by this company, I had 4 boxes stored and when I scheduled the return on monday the earliest date was Friday from 8pm to 10pm (which is quite long but fine I can understand they are busy). I've waited the delivery for 2 hours and at 9.56pm I receive a message saying that they are not able to return my boxes today but someone will contact me tomorrow. The next day I tried to send email and call them no one replied and of course no one contacted me. I guess they are not working during the week end but in that case do not say someone will contact me tomorrow. Still waiting for them to contact me.
