Really wanted to work with this company but from my initial contact in February they have failed to ever call me or communicate in any way. And this includes even after we made a large deposit (3-11) on the work we requested. They agreed to the project. After the initial contact in Feb to discuss the project, several weeks went by with no communications from them. So we stopped by their office in early March to see what we needed to do to get started. We specifically ask for communications regarding any delays. By now we expected delays because of the virus so we explained delays were fine but we just wanted to be notified. This was 5 WEEKS AGO. Again to date this company has NEVER notified us NEVER called us Never communicated in any way. There may be a good reason for the silence. However It is very difficult to have any confidence in this company.
Outstanding design studio and architectural firm. I contracted Spaces to design my brewery and they did an outstanding job. Kelly is amazing. I highly recommend their professional services.

I was calling different architectural companies trying to find the best fit to assist our small church with moving into a commercial property. I had the opportunity to speak with Stacey, the owner, and WOW! The wealth of knowledge and genuine care were impeccable! Oftentimes when you call to inquire about a service, you get the short, dismissive "here's what we can do, now you can take it or leave it" attitude. Not here, Stacey was thorough and took time to provide information about the process. As a business consultant specializing in consumer experience and value creation, the experience Stacey provided WITHOUT question showed that the company is focused on appreciating every customer and potential client alike not just making money.
I am a first time business owner who came to Spaces Design Studio with little to no knowledge about architectural work and contracting. Stacey and Jordan were incredibly helpful at easing me through the process and assisting me every step of the way. We had regular meetings and communications as we finalized plans, permits, and selected a contractor for my build-out of an existing space. During construction, Jordan and/or Stacey did routine walk-throughs, giving honest assessments and evaluations of what needed to be done before the final punch. I own a walk-in chiropractic clinic and their knowledge of my specific medical level requirements saved me a lot of headaches later on. My overall experience with them was fantastic. I plan on using their services again as we expand our business even further.
