My massage therapist talked the whole massage. Asking questions. I just wanted quiet and to relax. I tried to let her know to leave me alone but she kept asking questions. My Mom s massage therapist talked about politics the whole time and when my Mom mentioned she liked a candidate that the massage therapist didn t like she aggressively put her elbow into my Moms back.

As always, Aaron is top notch. Excellent service and skills.

First facial experience in my life. Jennifer was excellent. I appreciated that she was informative about the process and the products being used.

Seriously the best facial I've had. Jennifer was gracious and friendly and informative. She was so professional and I felt like she was an expert in her craft. This facial was amazing and I was absolutely glowing when I left her treatment room. It was decadent and luxurious but at the same time the treatment was very effective. I will definitely be going back for more facials

I was lucky to have met Aaron as my masseuse and wish I lived in the area because I would see him weekly! I love and always request deep tissue but I'm unfortunately usually disappointed yet, Aaron is incredible! I left feeling stress relieved, refreshed and renewed.

Ranelle is hands down "MAGICAL"!!! I NOT ONLY GOT A GREAT MASSAGE I LITERALLY FEEL RESTORED RENEWED AND HEALED! The staff is amazing knowledgeable, kind and full of great suggestions after your massage to treat yourself to something a little extra in the gift area. My favorite spot ever

I love Spa Gregories and the one thing that's best about it is my stylist Raymond. My hair is a work of art to him. He keeps my hair style current and looking great.

Lovely massage, gracious staff and an all around good experience. I give it 3 stars instead of 5 because in my opinion it's a glorified massage Envy and not a spa. There's no steam and sauna or other facilities one expects from a spa, especially one in Beverly Hills that charges $$$$! You get hot tea and chocolates on arrival and departure and it all looks very fancy but this is not a place you can spend the whole day relaxing. You get in, have your treatment and get out. I will not be going back.

Each staff member, from check in to checkout is so caring, cheerful and professional. Love the quiet room! Relax before your amazing service begins! Sooooo lovely!
