Created a sunscreen company for my summer camp. They had everything I needed as far as RND. Every person that I dealt with through the process from the receptionist, sales team, and accounting was so pleasant to work with. Can t wait to create another line of products with them!

One star is to much for the treatment I received from them. After meeting with someone these people would not even return a call, in which they said they would. I had received calls from them and they answered my call by name, when it suited them. So I know they had my number in their memory.
Not only did they not call me back. They would not even answer my calls. They left me sitting for 6 HOURS. Now I am stuck over a week from my home. At a minimum they could have acted with a little professionalism and an once of maturity. Call me like you promised or answered my call. I think the actions of this company speaks volumes about the state of humanity in Los Angeles county and California in general.

If you're smart enough to do your due diligence and look at reviews consider this the Red Flag you've been looking for.
Whatever they're quoting you is either way off the charts or it's a bait and switch scam. After 4 months of communication and ordering samples, testing them, and getting quotes I finally decided to move forward with a fairly large order. First, they sent me the order form with an additional $7000 of costs that was never mentioned in the quote or in the numerous discussions. Then when they took that off of the order I got an email stating that they had quoted me the wrong cost all along and now the unit price had gone from $1.93 (which was on the high end of reasonable) to $15 per unit.
I was obviously outraged and wrote the CEO who didn't bother responding (probably because she's too busy fighting off other complaints and law-suits - yes keep researching this company and you'll find all the goods because in America law suits are public records).
But then they tried to make amends by trying to switch my order for another product (which they happened to quote at 5X the other 6 suppliers). Lastly, their claims to be all-natural are BS (ask for an accurate and up to date ingredient list and they'll tell you that they can't share it until you place your order). Since we were just about to sign the order and I had asked about specific TOXIC ingredients that are on our blacklist, she let me know that they are in the formula that I was about to buy, so my product that I'm putting my name on is kind of toxic!
