The experience was rather frustrating. 📱 I visited hoping to resolve a simple issue with my device, but the staff seemed overwhelmed and not very attentive. Despite the busy environment, I felt like my concerns were put on the back burner. Communication could have been clearer, and there seemed to be a lack of organization. I left without a resolution and feeling a bit more confused than when I arrived. It might work out better for others, but I won't be returning anytime soon. 😐
