Loved Trump Store 2020
Cashier was amazing.

I went there and thought ...nothing special; typical gift shop. However, when I wanted a second sweater for my relative and they didn t have it in there size, I went and asked if they had any in the back. I wanted ours to match as it was a gift. Sadly, they didn t. They offered other colors garments and styles. They had the design that they could press but not the sweater. Very cooperative with my crazy mind. They continued to look and one worker and probably owner went outside to check their car. They had some gray sweater without the design. They pressed the design on the sweater in the size I need right there in the store. Didn t cost me a penny more than the original low cost for the sweater. Very impressed by there customer service and dedication. Very impressed by the low cost and good quality stuff. Very satisfied. Highly recommend. It made me so thrilled to walk out of the store with exactly what I wanted.

Well you had one shop that had an note on the door that said masks required to enter but yet employees & customers weren't masked in the store.

good prices on a lot of things, but some things were pretty expensive. they have a lot of the same if not all as all of the other shops in the same block.area.

Visited this place on my first full day in Pigeon Forge. Most souvenir shops are exorbitant anyway, so I wasn't expecting any deals. But, I was a little impressed by how much I spent total. I was able to get a key chain, some type of wooden marble game, and a bear with its mouth agape with a snow globe.

They did a great job accommodating our request for pressed shirts. The gentleman behind the counter (which I assume was the owner) was quick to help when we asked about larger sizes and colors of stock. Definitely recommend.

Enjoyed the shopping experience and the deals they had. Customer service was great!
