They have exceptional equipment, to go hand in hand with their friendly and helpful technicians who go far and wide to service all of my meat cutting equipment across the state of New Mexico, Texas and Arizona. Ask about their seasonings too, yum!!! My favorite is the Prime Rib and Roast dry rub.
