Great place. In and out fast. Very professional staff. Parking available but truck stops near. Cell service low and nothing around.

Friendly. Usually 2 hours or less. Slept in there lot a few times no issue. Pilot and loves less than 10 miles away

10 h waiting to be loaded and now they saying that I have to wash out my trailer. Nice

I normally do a drop and hook here and they are usually pretty efficient but the few times I've live loaded here it can take 4 to 8 hours.

Lady in shipping was really nice. Location is easy in & out. Loading took a bit long but overall good experience.

I read the previous comments and went in thinking how messed up is this going to be? Well let me say it was painless, from the girl at the shipping desk to the loader i was in and out in the gate in just over an hour. picture will prove my times.

shipper can check in early i was there 5 hours before appt time and they have parking for about 20 rigs

got to pick set for 6 h no answer when be loaded they juat say u well be next but when they dont tall u werry slow place .if u het hear u stock for 24 h for shore

Real nice and easy going office staff. Very understanding.... very helpful... just make sure your trailer is in good condition and clean refer works and you have one load lock... pretty quick to load once your on the dock had to be worked in due to problems with refer that came up between loads but was still out of there within 12 hours

This is the first and last i come here for a load.......by far the worst place ive been for a pickup ..........IM SURPRISED THEY'RE STILL IN BUSINESS FOR AS SLOW AS THEY ARE LOADING UP TRUCKS.......

Truck Drivers Be Aware! You have to scale minimum 44000 lbs to haul their loads. If your truck cannot scale the weight. The shipper wont cut the product.

My driver got loaded , and was waiting 24 hours for customer approval to cut the weight for KRAFT foods. and They denied it. So they unloaded my truck. We wasted out time, and drove 120 miles deadhead for nothing.

Never go there again. They dont care if you over 80,000lbs

I love this place. They are fast and easy when getting loaded and unloaded

I showed up 24 hours early on a Saturday and they started loading me in 45 minutes. No complaints from me. Pop is only $1.25 which is a bonus. Lady at the window was very nice and treated you like a normal person. I sure wish every shipper was like this!

Very nice got me in and out but make sure you got a clean trailer

Nice staff all though they dont always get you out very fast, they do have over night parking for truck drivers if you ask. Thank you South West Cheese.

Got confirmation at 5pm arrived at 7pm and appointment for this lox was at 9 am, but anyway they gave me door and they loaded me within 1:30hr

They suck and try to say your late on appointment times even if your there 30 min early

If you are picking up loads from SWC make sure to have trailer wash out, otherwise THEY WILL send you to Clovis truck wash, the only truck wash in the area 10 miles away.

Very slow to load here with ELDs your gonna spend at least 20 hrs here !!!

They have overnight parking, we got in at 6pm and our appointment wasn't until 3am. We got a door about 12 and was gone by 4ish. So they moved us on down the road fairly quick!

Great. It just that they got one person doing to many thing at once. I'd they can open another window for check in and one dor checking out it would be better. To many driver standing in line for to long. But I got loaded fast.

Worst place ever. Very slow. I was there over 10 hrs. They need new management specially evening shift.

I had a 8PM appointment and I was at the guard shack at 7:55. But by the time I finally got my turn on the scale, drove around back and then found a parking spot it was 8:23 when I hit the shipping window. She said I was late and had to be worked in right along with 32 other trucks. This place is a bona fide cluster fu %. Bring plenty of supplies and expect a lengthy stay.

24 hour facility. Can check in early! Showed up 9pm for 9am appointment. Out by midnight. Overnight parking available. Fast & friendly crew!! They load heavy. Scale at facility is 500lbs off

Extremely slow guys, would load you up in 6-7 hours, know the name of broker before you go to the window, and have a load bar or two in trailer, trailer must be clean , or they would send you for a wash

Don t be late here or else you ll sit 12+ hour with no retention. Be on time that s for sure. However they re quick at loading and friendly faces. They also do have overnight parking, and a shower.

the worst place to loading I ve ever had. if your trailer has some dust on the floor they will send you to washout it. make sure your trailer very clean inside otherwise they will send you to the truck wash and you ll HAVE TO provide the receipt. there is only one truck wash 10 miles away. but in this case you loose your appt time. and nobody knows when you will be loaded. I had appt at 11am. came there at 7am. got the door at 11am and in 10 minutes was sent to truck wash. came back in an hour. they loaded me at 5am next day! 22 hours. this is not normal.

Loaded me 4hrs before my appointment. They have overnight parking in the dirt lot. Every one was nice.

In and out in less than an hour with 20 other trucks. Very fast loading.

11pm appointment checked in at 7:15pm got a door at 8:45pm. Awesome Cheese Pick Up. 3hrs in and out. Sweep your trailer or they will make you sweep it if it has small wood pieces. Got Loaded 500lb over weight. Scale on site only 50lb off compared to the CAT scale.

My appointment was at 10am , check in at 9:30 check out at 11:05am. Fast in and out . They stick to appointments .

Picked up in less than 2 hours. Don't rely on their scales. It was off by 6,000lbs.

The staff is friendly and when live loaded it can take anywhere from 3 hours to 8 hours,depends on how busy they are and how fast they can make the products, I'm usually a drop and hook so I'm in and out within a hour you can park on property if you run out of hours done it a few times

Arrived to them at 10:15am Overloaded for 80900 at 16:00pm, has waiting for cut load approval till morning, at 6:50am the load cutting was not approved. Unloaded at 8:57am. Spent 160mls deadhead and 23hrs of monkey job.
AVOID THIS SHIPPER.

Great place to pickup, just be prepared to wait. Don't plan on being loaded in 1 hour, cause that just doesn't happen here. Once waited 36 hrs to get loaded, but that is one of the extremes. Also, don't come here with an attitude. That'll just make them take even longer to get you loaded.

Appointment for 12 noon. I was checked in at that time and given a door 30 min later. Actuall start to load time 8pm. Yes driver they like to leave you sit. You can park overnight in the dirt per management. I parked in the trailer drop area but that's me. Very slow and you will be heavy. 34 continuous for outbound cheese loads. One major plus, is they have a private restroom with a shower. You gotta turn the hot water knob on below the sink to shave cause it leaks.

Out appointment was 7am Sat. They say we were supposed to be here at midnight Friday. The broker, customer and our dispatch say 7am on Sat. It is 8am Sunday, we have been in a door since 4am, still not loaded. Are these people on drugs? We have had 2 washouts.......... this place is a joke!

first and last time I come here for load.. when you come here they tell you to turn on reffer, don t do that till they give you door number...horrible place

My rating may be biased as my co has a drop n hook act here, but always in and out, no hassle with trailers often loaded a full day early. Weight always spot on.

They are very picky about the smell of your trailer. Went in with a washout slip and smelled like a new freezer, rejected #1. Sprayed some deodorizer in the trailer, reject #2. They tell me to leave my doors open to air out. There is a pig feed plant up wind. Go get another washout in town, and now we wait. Back for #3. Rejected, now to air it out. Probably going to be rejected #4. QC doesn't know what they want. They are finally loading me.#5 wasted a whole day. STAY AWAY YOU WILL BE MONEY AND MILES AHEAD.NEVER AGAIN.

If your trailer is not clean you will be sent to washout - $40. My trailer wall had a small deep cut from a forklift and I been asked to fix it (fixed it with duck tape)

Guard dhack was nice. Scale get a ticket and go on to the docks. Checking in well is another story, the gals took their sweet time to get behind the desk but it was a solid 8 minutes before anyone acknowledge I was there. Then they kept having computer issues and it took 20 to check in. But can't blame computer problems on them. Employee offering me candy for no reason. Everyone was in a good mood and up beat. Was a pleasant experience for once. Got a dock right away. Loading took about hout and a half. Overall not bad

Best place for a driver. Thank you Southwest Cheese for still retaining the Old School thoughtfulness of anothers situation. Kind, courteous and prompt. Then to top it off a driver can get a much needed shower. Wow. Unheard of in today's World.

If you are an O/O don't come here, took them 11 hours to load me, live load, Dry Van.

Came at 8am and apnt was for 2pm. Got loaded in two hours.

Will wait for hours to get unloaded unless you run for RUAN. otherwise your waiting at the bay door even when the bay is empty

Went to pick up a load of cheese going to CARTHAGE,MO. I went in, gave them my paperwork and I was loaded and gone within an hour. Very prompt and professional and to say the least, very FRIENDLY

No Issues Here To Get Loaded They Made Sure That All My Load Locks Remained Inside My Trailer Sealed Inside With My Load
