I can write a book about how unprofessional this office is. Since when do you have to ask to speak in private to a Supervisor and he takes you"outside" this office on the curb! not in an office! I've been trying to contact a caseworker since March of this year only to find out 3 months later she no longer works there. I can go on and on but, I'm willing to take the necessary steps to be heard!
Horrible! I just got here from Illinois and have been trying to reach my caseworker. Called her but she never calls back. My family and I have been through so much BS since we have been here. If you are looking for a new start DO NOT PORT TO LAS VEGAS. ESPECIALLY VETERANS WITH FAMILIES THEY DON'T CARE OR HELP!!!!
Latasha Keys is inept, incompetent and lacks professionalism.
She doesn't do her job, is always out of the office and and refuses to answer or return calls, however when she does answer, she's clueless, and always needs help from her coworkers.
Save yourself the trouble and request someone else...being that she's incapable of performing he duties adequately.
I went there, having no idea what to do or what to expect. The first person I met was LaNethia Hampton. What an Angel! She told me the applications had to be taken to the Flamingo Road location. She seen I was new to Las Vegas and disabled, she contacted the other location and let her send it. They helped me with the application and sent it. And kept doubting I was a senior...lol. What a wonderful experience, thank you so much LaNethia!
As with any entity when you deal with the government they simply make everything so convoluted and difficult that you just want to give up what's most frustrating is they need a copy of my social security award letter dated within 30 days they're the social security department why can't they pull that themselves that's like going to the DMV to get your driver's license and being told you have to go to another office to actually get your driver's license it's over complicated and it only hurts those who need this service the most for instance I don't have a computer so I'm trying to do all of this on a phone

The people in the office are suppose to be public service but they are very rude an do not make information clear
