Leafy green Uni campus with great gym facilities and classes

I had no problem and did not have to wait to long for the doctor

Beautiful pool but change rooms could be a bit warmer.

This uni increases fees every year for both the new as well as the old students. So if you're planning to take admission in Southern Cross University or The Hotel School-Melbourne, it's better to pay the complete fees for the entire course in advance, otherwise you'll have to pay extra in the second year. Speaking out of a bad experience here, so just spreading awareness for the future students.

Great university, wonderful teachers and staff members. Good food and drinks available at food court. Great gym and bar.

If you don't want to move to the big city, here is your chance to experience University life in a small city.
Lismore is close to Byron Bay, you can be surfing in Ballina in less than 1 hours. It has a great life with a very diverse and colourful mix of folks.

Terrible. I could write a novel. Paid for my course and could not graduate due to the wrong information given to me from more then one department. I am now left without a degree after 3.5 years of study.
There is terrible communication between the departments and low level assistance. I have multiple unanswered emails over the years and no one follows up. They do not care, so long as they are getting the money, they don't care.
I am lucky I am Australian, I pay one third of what my friend paid. $100,000 for her course, she is from the Philippines and is having VERY SIMILAR service issues as I had. Currently she may not get the degree she paid for. Terrible. After speaking to her and sharing similar experiences I had to write this review.

Personally I would not hire anyone with a IT degree from this University. They changed the course midway through to online as well. Not what I signed up for.

Very helpful, had all the items I needed for my son's new shool year!
