There is no problem with both service and cleanliness. It is convenient that there is a beach nearby, but the swimming range is narrow and it is difficult to say that it is beautiful. Also, there are few places where you can eat within walking distance.

It is a hotel where the advantages and disadvantages are clearly divided. In my case, I stayed in the Club Lounge room, so I will fill it out.
Rooms are 4 stars or more. Shampoo, rinse, body wash, etc. in the bathroom amenity is not a one-time use, but a refillable multi-use. And tidying up, but too much dust. Two rooms on the Club Lounge floor were used but both rooms were identical. I stayed for 5 days and provided free bottled water twice with the open-proof vinyl removed and the cap already open. It was like telling club lounge customers not to return again. This is something I must tell the President of Southern Beach Hotel.
On the contrary, there is something I want to praise.
Club lounge staff attitude and service mind. Their service spirit made me realize that I am in Japan. I really wanted to compliment and I would definitely want to scout them if I did a hotel business in Korea. The training and leadership of managers was a great part.
Last but not least, the second floor is the breakfast room.
There was probably no manager on December 27 at breakfast. Two young men in black shirts responded to the entrance that day, and they were very pathetic and unpleasant. In particular, the young male staff, who was a bit chubby with a height of 165 centimeters, asked us to enter the room number instead of saying hello.
I would like to have a confession if I was in Korea, but I was also with my mother so I endured. What's even more absurd was that none of the employees serving that morning removed the plates after anyone had eaten. As I watched, the staff looked away and ate all the tableware. The next day, December 28, I went down to the breakfast room on the second floor, and a manager in my early 50's in a suit leaned over and greeted us. I was glad to respond, but after my diagonal line, someone said very brightly and cheerfully, and I turned around and was the cocky young employee yesterday.
In addition, the staff serving me during the meal greeted me loudly and arranged the dishes twice during the meal. I have been to Japan for over 20 years, but I realized that Japan has changed a lot. This hotel should have a Korean Zhongguancun manager. If you are like Korea, you can never work with such a mind. It is even more so in luxury hotels.

Stayed for a long weekend with family in the premium floors. Staff is friendly but do not speak much English.
Premium lounge has a small but nice selection of snacks and alcohol. The breakfast is very limited there but the coffee is nice.
Overall food is below average. The buffet is limited and the breakfast is not very good.
There is nothing to do around and we're are glad that we rented a car at the airport.
The outside swimming only open from 9am to 5pm. The beach is 5 mins away.

The gift shop on the 2nd floor can buy souvenir items from various attractions in Okinawa. Finally, the sea view room can see beautiful sea view or Okinawa city view, great!

While in Okinawa during Memorial Day Weekend, we stayed one night at the Southern Beach Hotel and Resort. It is located close to Naha Airport which made it easily for us to catch our return flight. The price included free parking and breakfast for two. We enjoyed Orion, which is Okinawa s local brew, next to the outdoor pool and we lounged around and tried to get a tan. We also went walking around the nearby beach and sea wall. The hotel is surrounded by water and the views from our room were amazing. We were truly impressed by the dinner buffet and the views of the sunset. The souvenir shopping on site was reasonable but couples massage services was too pricey even with the provided discount coupon. We also would have expected more than one English (BBC) television channel for a resort hotel. All in all this was a good experience.

I stopped on a school trip, but there was a sandy beach in front of me and the view was great.

As soon as you exit from the entrance on the pool side, there is a beautiful beach so you can play in the sea. The breakfast buffet was rich in variety. It was delicious. It will line up to enter the hall when it is a little late. The shop has a souvenir corner and a convenience store corner, which is very convenient as it is open from 7 am to midnight.

I think it is the best hotel in Itoman. The private pool is large and you can enjoy dinner barbecue and meals on the ground floor. It will be a new and beautiful hotel as it has not been so many years yet. There was also a sharing car in the parking lot on the first floor ( company)
Even if you stay without a rental car, you can go out with a shared car, so I think it is a very convenient hotel.

I thought I would use an izakaya at night, but there was a little distance on foot, and one of them was reluctant to drink alcohol and drove.
It would have been nice to have an affordable Okinawan izakaya in the hotel.

Scenery is good and it is quiet according to price, but it is far from city to eat or to visit and traffic around port is vague

We followed navigation system in the car to this hotel at night, it didn't guide us properly so we missed the right exit from high elevated road. 1st room we checked in, we had an impression of cheap hotel, our room seemed very tiring, dark and looked worn out. After a porter left us we found out heaps of long hair on all over the room floor. It was creepy and shocking. After hotel changed to another room but still room was smelly. Don't know what or where it's from rooms and corridors are stinky. When we came back to our hotel room bad sewer or animal's manure sort of smell filled up the whole room. Breakfast buffet was the best thing about staying this place. Not direct access to the beach is another downside.

Breakfast too crowded. There is nothing around, and if you do not have a rental car, you can not go anywhere.

There are no shopping malls in and around the industrial complex ... The facilities are new and clean.

This is really a good hotel in Japan. The room is very spacious and the price is right.

First, check in with a drink in the lounge.
Checking in at the lounge has a special feeling.

At cocktail time from 16:00, wines line up and hors d'oeuvres are prepared on a plate and brought to you.
I was satisfied with the hors d'oeuvres here.

Rooms is good. It is is near the beach. The only drawbacks is that there is no public transportation near by so you have to rent a car or taxi (which gets expensive) and the on-site restaurant is on the expensive side and not very good.

Very terrible hotel. Bad service, cheap building material, bad food with unbelievable price for buffet (4000 yen/person). Toilet is bad smell in room. I was so angry with this hotel. Please avoid for the hotel, and I will be never consider this hotel again... It is a shame for having this hotel in Japan.
