Established my newborn, 10 year old son, and myself for primary care here since moving to the area. Experienced and caring staff. Easy access and very accommodating. Dr. Kim and Mary Alvarado are among the best providers I ve ever had, and their support staff go above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable!

Worst doctor's office I've ever been to. Doctors unwilling to listen and combative. Seems like they only cater to low-income families and I am not one of those and I never felt more frustrated after a visit I got nothing accomplished. The nurse practitioner was unwilling to listen. I was in a car accident last February they gave me a drug test I just got out of the hospital and I did not pass the drug test because I had just got out of the hospital and giving me a and since then they have treated me like a drug addict. I took my medical records in to show them all the drugs that they've given me basically they said they did not care.

This place has gone downhill. We took our kids here for almost 3 years for their pediatric visits, but we finally had enough and switched doctors. Between the lack of adequate parking, the rude personnel at the check-in desk (I mean seriously, it's their job to be personable and greet people!), the frequent personnel turnover at the ped's office, the lack of consistency with which said personnel do their jobs (e.g. can't even take measurements and vitals the same way (so my kids' charts are all over the place going from 80th to 50th percentiles and back again)), the fact that they don't ask you when you want the next appointment to be and just assign you a time (and then get upset when they have to change it), the way they just leave you in the examination room for excessively long times (the final straw was being in the exam room for 2 hours with my 1 year old who was growing increasingly agitated by the wait time while the staff was loudly conversing and laughing outside in the hallway), and lastly how they screwed up my kids' vaccination schedules - twice (once by incorrectly scheduling the next appointment, even after I asked them to double-check, thus making us have to come back for another appointment, and then another time running out of one vaccine and making us come back once they got more in). It's just too much to have to deal with, and I couldn't be happier to have moved on.
