I was having trouble with the cursor on my laptop and took it to South Texas Computer Solutions for repair. I explained exactly what was wrong and was told they would look at it and give me the estimate. I paid them $48.75 just to take a look at it. I have made 3 trips from Falfurrias to Alice all within a week. The first time I picked it up I was told they had repaired it and it would cost an additional $216.50 which I paid only to get back to Falfurrias and discover the cursor was not corrected. I returned to Alice to have them look at it again. I was told to come back the next day which I did and then discovered the technician who was working on my laptop was out due to personal problems and the computer wasn't ready. I went back again and was assured the computer was working correctly only to return to Falfurrias and discover the problem remained. The next time they worked on it the technician said he would deliver it to Premont where he lived and I could pick it up there. I met him he assured me it was corrected and if I had a problem to call him at home that evening.. When I called him and told him the problem still persisted and how tired I was with all of this he became rude and belligerent. I am in the process of trying to collect the money I paid for "nothing" as they were unable to repair my laptop but charged me anyway. Do not use this company!
