Strangely, I had the best customer service experience here that I ve had anywhere in a long time. The woman that helped me at the counter was very friendly, helpful and went above and beyond the call of duty for my request. These folks have a tough job and do a lot for our community. Thank you for helping those in need and keeping the community safe!
Polite staffing. Took a little longer (on top of the wait to get printed) than expected due to a mailing mix up tho.
Went in for my cpl appt. Was quick however I had to make the appt 6 months prior and had to wait due to the demand and pandemic.
Thank you for resolving the issue so quickly. Same day pickup. I can't complain. I am happy with my purchase and hope everyone else has great things to say about SS911.
Check in & Fingerprinting was very quick for my CPL.
Ladies at the desk are very nice, but it took 5 months to schedule finger printing and it has now been 40 days since then and I'm still waiting for my permit that states I'm allowed to exercise my God given right. This is borderline infringement.
Submitted for CPL in Dec 2020. Only open appointment for fingerprinting wasn't until May 2021. Did the fingerprinting and was told it was a 30 day wait then it would be mailed. It has been 2 months now and my application is still "Pending". IT SHOULD NOT TAKE 8 MONTHS TO GET CPL!!! Every time I call and leave a message IT IS NOT RETURNED. Today was the first time I actually spoke with a staff member!!
Had to wait 0ver 100 days for finger printing.
It is now 5 weeks since I was printed.
The only explanation was "we are backlogged "
Folks there were nice. But trying to get an answer to a question via phone was a five day event.
Went to get my fingerprints done for CPL and they helped me get the appointment I needed when I needed. Valued my time and provided insane customer service. Thank you!
It took 3 months for me to get my cpl after my fingerprint appointment. Was told that i will receive my cpl in the mail 30 days.checked online and its still pending, I emailed them and then they approved and sent my cpl.
