Been to this office sine 2009 -Amazing staff and cleanliness.
Keep up the great work!
Painful experience and I swear half my tooth is now gone. He has terrible bedside manner and talked a lot about how no one wants to take ODSP recipients and OW recipients because they are hard cases. I was upside down for an hour and just about fainted. I almost threw up because half the freezing went into my mouth and not my gums. I'm still feeling terribly shaky and won't be returning.
had a cleaning done 4 months ago paid 138, which is enough when your retired, went back 4 months later charged me 190 this time, prices there sure seemed to jump a lot, may be time to look around , plus they seem to have a hard time keeping staff, what ever thats all about
Amazing assistant, very sweet and informative.
Ladies working the desk also very sweet and helpful.
As for the actual dentist, horrible bedside manner, rude and judgmental attitude, unable to provide honest answers or information.
Answered every question with an exaggerated and snippy response. Spent just under 300$ for about 7 min of his precious time and a couple X-rays.. Walked out feeling discriminated and offended on all levels, as well as hopeless.
I'll take my business anywhere but here.
This dentist happily worked on my treatment plan until my annual insurance allotment was used up then treated me like a second class citizen. I noticed the change in demeanour but didn t really care cause, well, I wasn t there to make friends anyhow. I wasn t happy with the quality of his work so went elsewhere next time. As it turned out, I needed a root canal on a tooth that was fixed at South Muskoka Dental. I had told them several times that something felt wrong & was told the bite needed adjustment (which they preformed) but the discomfort continued. As it turned out, a root canal was necessary to correct his shoddy work & save the tooth.
Do yourself & your wallet a favour; go somewhere else.
