A Hidden gem for the Golfer near South Tulsa/Jenks area. It is perhaps my very favorite public Golf Course in all of TULSA County. You can expect to find lots of water, sand traps, Driving Range, Clubhouse for gear, and a pretty decent snack bar. The Course is challenging, scenic, and downright beautiful....
The course is maintenance superb. Excellent greens and pro shop people extremely friendly. Play is always crowded and slow. Very slow.
Excellent price for a set of golf lessons! I recommend Austin. Great instructor. Didn t overload me with to much information and helped my swing so much.

Chronic pace of play problems at this course
Be prepared for four and a half hours of slow play with no marshals to help.
A relatively short, fun course to play to practice long irons and short game. The rough is tall so watch your shots down. They call it no break south lakes for a reason but watch out for people not fixing their divots.

It might be a great course. Looks like the greens were in great shape, but everything else was tan. Fairway, rough, tee boxes, everything except the greens were dead brown grass. Other than that it was a good course.
Wonderful course I play there all the time. But when they are watering the greens maybe be a little more aware of golfers trying to chip on the green. They had the hose all the way across the green in the way of my shot. Other than that great place highly recommend
What a great day on the links with my cuz on his birthday!! Course was in great shape for December and it was packed. I give the day a solid 5 star day!

South Lakes course is in excellent condition as always. It is my favorite course and has been for years.
A nice little course that is very convenient for me. Not very long or difficult and it doesn't really have a lot of charater. But, it is maintained and managed well and a nice place to get a quick round in

This is a great beginner course..it is very forgiving. Basically mostly straight fairways and large greens. They are well maintained and very fast usually.

Seriously one of the best public golf courses near me. Wide open fairways, big greens, well kept bunkers, and a couple of challenging holes to keep it interesting along with a good staff and you've got an enjoyable course that's a go-to time and time again.

They had an 8some on the course. We were waiting on every hole on front nine. It got much better on the back. I would like to play again when I can.

I really like this little course. The staff are great(yes, even if you're female!).(And that is rare.)Given the small budget they probably have to work with, they keep the course in good shape.
South Lakes Golf Course was amazing. The Long Shots Tour held a Winter Series Tournament on the 23. Winter Golf is always questionable so I will say this course was in perfect shape. The Greens are rolling true and almost perfect speed.(my speed) The staff was very pleasant to work with and food service staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We will bring the Tour back soon for a bigger tournament in the near future.
